As my friend here says, you would need warm clothes to travel outside. Its not cheerfull weather but i dont mind travelling outside, but then again. The cold never bothered me anyway

While you explain your encounter, a rope falls down from the wooden walkway on the first lvl and a kobold comes climbing down on Trex site. He watches you the whole time while climbing down. Once down he runs to Trex and whispers something in his ear.

Kraveks bends through his knees to allow Gilgin to whiper in his ear. When he is done speak Kravek turns his head to look at him a moment and stands back upright. No my friend.
