"This sounds promising. I am not fond of the idea of spending several more weeks on this small boat if there is a more efficient method of conveyance. What is the location to which you propose taking us?"
“Well um in my travels through the Underdark... I have of course seen much of the area. There is a small duergar trading outpost at the edge of the Darklake—Vin Badur. The settlement is under the radar, those who live there are um relatively disconnected from other settlements, and it could be a good place to stock up on resources. From my um understanding, that would um work best, yes? By my estimate it is about um a tenday or less from Neverlight Grove.
Blurg gives a small chuckle. “Yes... the Underdark can be um... interesting.” He then sighs “Ah well, It would be best for me to rest. It has been um a long day, and the sooner I sleep, the sooner a new day comes. The sooner a new adventure can begin. I will leave you good folk to yourself,” he says with a nod as he moves to the opposite side of the boat— away from the group.
At this time, Jimjar who was previously with the kids and Derendil walk up. “What was that about?” He asks with a quizzical look. “Someone that can help? ...can we trust them? I don’t think we need another hag incident.” He says quietly.
Blurg is now out of earshot. Is there anything you would like to discuss or do?
"Our new orcish companion has the ability to teleport us much closer to our destination. It should cut our travel time roughly in half. I feel quite confident that he is, at the very least, truthful to the extent of his own understanding. I have no reservations in asserting that I am an excellent judge of character and I trust him in this. All are, of course, free to question him further, but he appears tired at the moment and requires rest. Might I suggest we all get some rest and approach the situation with clear minds in the... Well, I would normally say 'morning' but I defer to you for the proper terminology given the lack of normal day cycles in the Underdark."
Thodek smiles, "You get used to it. The idea of setting your schedule to some kind of light in the sky always seemed strange to me anyway. As for our new companion, I'm willing to take the chance. And we could probably use his help spreading the word of our encounter, the more people looking for answers and solutions the better."
“Well if you trust him...” Jimjar says with a chuckle directed towards Syvis. “Yes, rest would be good. If this whole teleportation gig works, we don’t know what we are gonna be facing on the other side. I’d bet money it won’t be pretty though.”
After that, Jimjar, followed by the twins return to their spot on the boat, and lay down for a rest.
Thodek looks them over carefully, "I should be able to, a few at a time anyway. Let me know how many you'd like."
(I can make ammunition in batches of 10 per rest, so he'd be able to make 20 today. Just let me know the cost so I can mark it off of his gold bar count.)
"Thank you very much friend. It is much appreciated,"Nicholas would say gratefully, "If I am able to eventually get my hands on a set of tools, I should be able to make them myself."
OOC: They are 2gp per batch of 10

And so the rest of the party slowly but surely settles into a night of rest after a long day of travel. Syvis and possibly anyone else who may want to, take watch.
The night passes by without issue and soon what you have come to consider dawn in the Underdark comes.
Blurg rises slowly with a grunt, but after a few minutes of blearily waking up, the large Orog seems ready to go. He moves to the center of the boat and reaches out his hands. “I um think the spell works best when each member is um touching. Holding hands works.” He says. “Is there anything else you need to um do. I am ready when you are.”
“Ah, and one last thing. The um spell may have some limitations. The more people involved can make the teleportation um... volatile. There is a higher possibility of um failure. I hope that is okay.” Blurg mumbles quickly. Looking down sheepishly. “I am sorry for not making this um known earlier. I completely forgot.”

Thodek smiles, "I'm sure we'd all appreciate any help you could give us. Speaking for myself, I'd prefer to get out of this boat as soon as we can."
Right now you are about 20 days away. It would cut the journey in half
