"I'm Bjorn," the goliath places his right hand diagonally across his chest before offering a small bow, "May your ancestors find favour with you this day."
Straightening to his full height at just under eight feet, he shrugs, "It was too dark and I couldn't make it out."

Arogna returns Bjorn's bow, "And yours also. Well met." Then to the group, "I guess if you didn't hear a yell on the way down, it was probably something dead, or never alive in the first place. Probably something important, though. Or why would they dump it in the middle of the night and then run away. Things aren't right when you gotta hide them."

"I am In the Shadow of the Mountain," Shad says. "Most people call me Shad. It is very nice to meet you, Arogna." Shad will extend his hand.
"A roll call is a good idea, Qinfaren. We could suggest that. if the bundle was just trash, the person who tossed it would admit that, wouldn't they? Something smells fishy." He wrinkles his nose and licks his lips. "And there are unusual things happening."
If the captain is still close by, Shad will persuasively suggest a roll call: 15.
“I think you are right, let’s see if we learn something from that.” Nods in agreement.
“In the meantime, I think it might as well be good to check the railing and the surrounding area where we saw the mysterious individual and see if we find any clue. Maybe a scrap from the suspect clothes, or a stain of blood that could confirm it was indeed a body what was thrown overboard. Does anyone want to join in?”

Arogna shakes Shad's hand, with a grunt of approval on hearing his name. "Hm. Sounds like my home. S'a good name." To Muharg, she replies "I'll help, if you show me where. But if it's right here, you probably washed it away already," nodding at the puddle of water around Muharg's feet. Investigation: 10

While the others search the deck, Qinfaren turns to watch the crew. If someone is up to something, they might have a strong interest in whether the party finds anything.
He keeps a smile on his face, but he does look to see if anyone is taking an unusual level of interest in their work.
As Muharg and Arogna begin to search the Icebreaker for signs of struggle they do find some scratch marks on the railing of the ship. Five deep jagged groves, that are almost parallel, run deep into the wood. You are not familiar enough with the ship to know if they are recent. However, there a located close to where the mysterious figure on the ship was spotted.
Meanwhile, Qinfaren and Bjorn closely watch the crew. However, apart from the obvious annoance of being inspected by strangers, they show no signs of suspicion.

“Arogna, are you any good identifying tracks and claw marks?” Says pointing to the scratches “Do you think thise might be claw marks?” Looks back to the rest of the group “Otherwise we should ask them, Bjorn seems pretty capable, and even Qinfaren is pretty connected to all nature things.”

Qinfaren comes over to the railing where Arogna and Muharg are. He looks at the markings with a great deal of curiosity. He kneels down to get a closer look to see if there is anything familiar about them and to at least determine if they are from claws or something else.

Shad also comes over to the railing. He focuses on the marks rather than the water or the drop to it. Placing a clawed finger in each of the scratches, he tries to get a sense of the size of the creature or object that made them, standing so the others can see what he is doing. "I have spent little time outside of cities my friends," he says.
You all manage to determine that the scratches are made by claws, but claws that are smaller than Shad's. However, Shad is the only one on the ship that has claws that could leave scratches in the wood, or as least as far as you have seen.

"Maybe not a beast at all, then," replies Arogna. "Something bright enough to try to hold onto the rail, perhaps. Did they do that roll call yet? Are the crew all here?"
Muharg runs his hand through his beard repeatedly, trying to figure the situation out with a concerned look in his eyes. “Bjorn? Any suggestions? I’m starting to feel at a loss here, I’m more of an action type of dwarf, not much of a detective myself” Looks at Qinfaren’s expression “Qinfaren, are you sure nothing comes to mind, lad?”
Nods at Arogna “Let’s hope something comes up from that” Gestures towards the crew with his head “... And let’s see what the person on duty on the crows nest has to say”

Qinfaren sighs at the claw marks.
"These are not something I've encountered before, which likely means they're not from anything similar to a bear, wolf, cougar and the like," he says.
A thought does pop into his mind, but it seems too far-fetched to bring up with the others. They already seem to dismiss a lot of what he says.
