Fayne turns back and tells the others: "I'm going to try putting a few of them to sleep using magic. I can't affect all of them so when I do be ready to get out and deal with the others before they wake up. Tell me when you're all ready."
Kiera after readying herself and donning her armour, raises her sheild and puts up the hood on her cloak she smiles flexing her fingers in the grip of her sheild holding her mace ready, if much less reverently the black tabard covering some of the shine of her chain mail and the silvered sword emblazoned on it almost seeming to shine with moonlight
"I am ready when you all are"
As the group leave the room they are in she will immediately cast Divine Favor on herself
"Let's do this. I just hope I won't mess this up." Says Fayne. She comes out of the hatch and points at a place between the three that are crowded together and whispers "Good night, may your Sleep be filled with unpleasant dreams."

Immediately after, she turns her head back and says: "Now, Go!"
Kiera charges out raising her shield above her head "Dark Maiden grant me your favour!" moon light briefly seems to shine on her even in the sunlight she stands in she brings her sheild back down to a defensive stance waiting to see who falls asleep
You watch as two of the crew members fall unconscious on the floor immediately, and a third seems to struggle to keep his balance. The crew are briefly confused before looking down at the sleeping bodies of their crewmates. They look around briefly, and two of the awake crew mates begin to swiftly fan out in your direction, searching for where the spell came from. They haven't noticed you quite yet, but if you go out into the open of the deck, they will.
Aurlan unsheathes his rapier, and begins to wreathe himself in divine pressure that burns around him (using Scourge Aasimar radiant consumption). Around him to a radius of 10 feet is a searing aura of golden light.
The bard moves toward the two other crewmates on the other side of the ship.
"Let's dance." he calls out, seeming to sound as two voices rather than one.
Kiera, you swing your mace and it hits the dwarf squarely in the chest. He falls back a few feet, but doesn't seem substantially injured. (I'd say you would have a bonus action in this case, since you were a good 20 feet from them, so you could have conjured it while running I suppose).
Everyone who hasn't already, roll initiative. (If you don't roll initiative in the next 3 hours or so, I'll just roll for your character so battle stays efficient)
Enemy Initiative Rolls: Snarhar (the dwarf): 4 Coletta (the human): 21 Dweldyn (someone you haven't seen yet): 19

Coletta, seeing what Kiera has done to her crewmate, draws a longsword and slashes it at Kiera. Attack: 22 Damage: 1 slashing
Dweldyn is still at the head of the ship, presumably steering the ship, so he skips his turn.
Kiera, you watch as the dwarf, Snarhar, is just recovering from your previous blow when you strike him with yet another violent attack. You watch as blood begins to spill from his shoulder as he stumbles back a few feet.
Fayne, you can do that, and you are now right next to the ropes. For reference, you are about 15-20 feet from the current battle and right next to the ship's edge.
Vestigar, you watch as a bolt of energy blasts toward your nearest opponent, which would be the dwarf. Already being beaten a few times in this battle, the dwarf topples over and yells in anguish.
Snarhar will use his turn to crawl behind the ship's mast, in order to regain some of his vitality and composure.
Aurlan, it is your turn. Kiera, you're the next PC that goes after him if you wish to ready any actions, etc.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Coletta will slash her longsword at Aurlan in an attempt to retaliate. Attack: 19 Damage: 3 Following the attack, Coletta will move backwards ten feet.
Dweldyn will forfeit his own turn yet again.
Kiera, your mace hits Snarhar in the back, causing him to tumble backwards violently. Your Spiritual Weapon, however, barely misses him.
Just as things begin to look as though the fight will be easily won, you see the crew members who fell unconscious under the sleep spell. They begin to stir, and stand, gaining their consciousness back.
Fayne, it is your turn. (I will include the results of Aurlan and Vestigar's attack after Fayne's attack)

Aurlan turns his rapier and attempts to hit Coletta and knock her out, the force of his aura adding to the attack.

In addition, he and Coletta take 2 radiant damage from the aura itself (Aurlan being resistant reduces it to 1)

On her turn Kiera swings her mace again with and also her Spiritual Weapon trying to take out Snarhar before turning her attention to the interloper
