Kanlos will move back away from the front of the ship, but stick near the railing about 40 feet back on one side and hold an arrow for the first hag to show itself above the water.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Xerronios moves up to stand beside Kanlos, short bow ready, arrow knocked. "Oh my human friend, the hags do come to rend, and we fight, against their might, be we brave and lives to save!"
The bard prepares to fire at the first hag he sees.
ooc: Held action to fire at the first hag that clears the surface. Attack: 4 Damage: 8, MANUAL D6 roll: 1. I messed up my combat roll and forgot to put the +5 in the attack modified, so that should be 20. Instead I put the 5 in the damage die. I manually rolled a D6, so the actual damage is 6, not 8.
ooc2: As a bonus action he will give Io an Inspiration Die, 1d6 Performance: 23
ooc3: Is there a ToolTip for inspiration die and, if so, how does it work?
Kanlos Moves to one side of the ship, back from the front. he then readies a shot for the first hag to break the surface.
Kassiopeia Readies her crossbow to shoot at the first hag to attack the ship.
Ritha Sends a wave a power into one of the Sea Hag's minds, but she shakes it off without effect.
Xerronios Moves up next to Kanlos and readies to shoot when a hag comes into range. Also gives Kanlos inspiration.
Io Moves to the front of the ship, casting bless on himself and two of his companions.
sea hags #1 casts a spell, while still under water, sending a greenish ray of energy at IO. ray of sickness To hit: 21 Damage: 7 poison. Also make a DC 13 Con save or be poisoned
#2 cast a spell, also from under the water, targetting Kanlos on the side of the boat. hold person DC 13 Wis save or be paralyzed
#3 Moves up and clambers onto the ship, on the far side from Kanlos. Two bolts zip, one from Kanlos (if he is not paralyzed) and one from Xerronios. If both are sent they both hit.
I need Kassiopeia's held shot rolled.
As the hag reaches the ship's deck, you all need to make a DC 11 wis save or be frightened for 1 minute. You can repeat the save, with disadvantage if you can still see this specific hag, ending the affect on a save.
Ritha holds her hands out, and a roil of fog spills out from the side of the ship and rises like a smoky wall, obscuring the vision of the two sea hags that are still underwater to prevent them from casting any more spells without climbing aboard the ship itself.
ooc: ZulkRS, don't forget Io has an Inspiration Die, 1d6. For 10 minutes, the creature can add it to one ability check, attack roll, or saving throw. This can be added after seeing the roll, but before knowing the outcome.
The hag aboard ship is hit by three arros, no sneak attack as she is not close to any other ally. Down to 32/52 HP.
Please go ahead and post 2nd round actions. Ritha, are you keeping the fog below the level of the deck, thus allowing those on board to still see, but the hags in the water to be unable to see, or are you blocking sight on the ship as well?
Remember who has done what for saves vs Frightened. Io I believe is Poisoned, unless he uses the bardic dice , to possibly meet the DC of the save.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
((Nah not using Bardic inspiration on that as the likelihood of passing the DC is poor))
Io closes in on the Hag that appeared and Casts Toll the Dead on it. DC14 WIS save or take 3 Necrotic. He points to a spot behind the hag and a group of three small spinning sickles appear. The blades spin and threaten to slice up the hag.
Xerronios uses the string on his bow as an impromptu instrument, strumming a few notes. He then calls out to the hag in an oddly jarring chant, words none of the others can truly make out, but you can all tell there’s an even more odd twist at the end of whatever he says.
ooc: He casts Dissonant Whispers followed by Unsettling Words to reduce the Hags WIS saving throw by 2. Damage from spell 7

Tandor the White, Human Life Cleric
Ritha narrows her eyes and sends a prayer to Thassa:
"Those foolish enough to stand in the way of the Goddess shall pay!"
As she speaks, her words form into a wave of holy energy that sends a mind spike to the nearest hag.
DC 12 INT or 3 psychic damage; if it hits, it must subtract 1 from its next saving throw before the end of Ritha's next turn.
Edit: the spell is supposed to be mind sliver (the cantrip), not mind spike, but I don't want to raise the wrath of the dice god police.
Kanlos

WIS Save: 18
Tandor the White, Human Life Cleric
Kanlos wis save 1: 14
Wis save 2: 16
(If the hag was within 5 feet of an ally, sneak attack damage: 6)
CON save for Bless: 9 + 3 =Bless Holds=

EDIT: Forgot WIS save Vs Frightened: 18 + 3
Kassiopeia crossbow attack: 16 - Damage: 9
Wisdom save: 7
„Karametra help us! Is she ugly!“
Kassiopeia will remain in the forecastle until the first hag is dealt with or she regains her courage.
Ritha Wis Save: 8
+ bless 3
Friendly reminder that Kanlos and Ritha can add 1d4 to their WIS saves thanks to Bless
(Thank you, that saved her butt!)
Ritha holds her hands out, and a roil of fog spills out from the side of the ship and rises like a smoky wall, obscuring the vision of the two sea hags that are still underwater to prevent them from casting any more spells without climbing aboard the ship itself.

Kanlos will plant his feet on the deck as he takes careful aim at the hag on board before loosing another arrow at it.
Steady Aim, Tasha's feature to gain advantage, and therefore sneak attack, but looses movement.
Attack: 24 Damage: 18 (Sneak attack included in roll)

Damage from spell 7
OOC: he rolls so terribly at times lol
Tandor the White, Human Life Cleric
(The fog is just to block the hags in the water, not the sight of the people on the ship)
With a battle cry, Ritha pulls her second sword and rushes forward, attacking the hag that is already on the deck.
Moon-touched Scimitar Attack: 23 + 4
Damage: 9 magical slashing
Moon-touched Shortsword Attack: 8 + 1
Damage: 10 magical piercing
(oof those rolls)
After seeing the sea hag Kassiopeia decides that she would rather stay in the forecastle and picks up her crossbow again.
Hastily reloading it she fires another bolt at the hag: 4 - Damage 2
After shooting her crossbow Kassiopeia takes a deep breath and tries to calm down.
WIS safe (frightened): 17
(Oops ... forgot the disadvantage on the WIS safe)
