Kanlos Sends a bolt directly into the hag's ugly face, dealing significant damage. She does not fall though.
Kassiopeia Sends a bolt wizzing past the hag and out to plump into the sea, though the fog only lets you hear the bolt hit the water, not see it do so. She then takes several calming breathes to push past her reaction at seeing the hideious hag.
Ritha Rushes the hag and connects with her first slash, but her second is easily dodged by the slippery creature.
Xerronios Cast his spell, using words to distract the hag from her ability to resist his magic. She clutches her head, then dives overboard, moving away from Xerronios. (I think you would have been better if she had not failed the save. She is at 1 hp currently...)
Io Going to need a revised action from you. The hag is now back in the water, and thus hidden by the fog there. You cannot see it to cast either of those spells...
No, as you were not next to her, you had to move to get into combat range. Remember you were at the front of the ship, she came on back towards the middle and along one side.

ooc: Yeah, but it's an all or nothing spell. If she'd saved, she would have taken 0. Of course, if I'd not rolled on 7 on 3d6...I mean come on! LOL
Ritha cuts the hag down with a blow of her sword, as the hag turns to flee.
Io casts false life on himself, and moves back towards the center of the ship.
The two hags climb aboard the ship, getting up out of the fog. It takes a dash action for them to do so.
Everyone but Kassiopeia needs to make 2 wis saves against the vissages of the two hags. Kassiopeia just needs to save against Hag2, Hag1 is more than 30 feet from Kassiopeia after all. DC of the save is 11.
Please post round 3 actions now. Kanlos you will need to update your action... Updated map is below...
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Not really happy with seeing another of these hags up close Kassiopeia chants a short prayer to Karametra.
Guiding bolt aimed at hag1: 26 - Damage 17
(On a hit, the target takes 4d6 radiant damage, and the next attack roll made against this target before the end of your next turn has advantage, thanks to the mystical dim light glittering on the target until then.)

Frightened by the appearance of the first hag, Ritha is frozen in place as she lifts a shaking finger and blasts the source of her terror with magic missiles.
Kassiopeia manages to calm down and overcomes her fear.

ritha, You do get an attack of opportunity as the hag flees though. You are right next to her after all.
Thought a map might be helpful here...
Map
Ritha slashes at the hag as she flees:
Attack: 21 + 1
Damage: 10
Kanlos will take a breath to steady his aim and listen to hear the hag in the water beside the ship and let loose an arrow in that direction.
(Disadvantage from fog + advantage from Steady Aim = straight roll, not sure if the water adds cover or anything.)
Attack: 19 Damage: 8
