The one called Favric nods slowly and watches as the others of your group move to more passive stances. "Yes. Yes, I can work with that. We are only here to speak with the Dragon. If you stay in the lower areas away from the Tower, you'll have no conflict with us. We have no interest in the remainder of the town."

(As Favric is speaking, I’m going to roll an insight check for Brencharis to see if he’s lying about only being here to speak to the dragon, and having no interest in the rest of the town.)
"Y-yes we are adventurers like my friend said!" Kallen replied putting her hands in front of her. "I was hoping that you could give us some directions to this pathetic little place that was used to be a village! maybe doing a favour will bring you in your good grace assuming your busy talking to this 'Dragon' we could help you find some rations and squirrel aren't that filling for a group like yourself!"
Velshir thinks it's very interesting that they want to speak with the dragon. He steps forward and attempts a question.
"Pray, tell, what value can there be in attempting discourse with a dragon? Are they not deadly, haughty, selfish creatures that look at us all as we do bugs? And perhaps they are not wrong to do so, either..."
(nice roll) His interest in Speaking with the Dragon is genuine. He has no interest in the rest of the town except where they are and as it relates to the dragon. You also note that he seems to have no desire to create conflict but is considering your groups' body language as much as you are his.
Favric studies Kallen a moment seeming to think she is offering to hunt for them. "We have enough supplies, but I thank you. We know little of this place and are only here for the Dragon."
His gaze quickly moves to Velshir as they move forward. "Dragons are definitely so and would be best as an ally or we might find ourselves squashed."
As the conversation progresses, your group can spot a total of six of them. One in the window near the arrow slit on alert, the others in various positions behind Favric. Leaning in a door frame or standing behind though weapons are kept down with Favric just in front of the building speaking to you.
"Well, I think it's best we head out now. Good luck with the dragon! I'd stay and talk more, but there's probably more of those zombies and twig blights hiding out somewhere, and we do need to clear them out." Brencharis draws her bow again and holds by her side and starts walking away from the house full of cultists and away from the houses that have already been cleared. "You guys coming with, or am I clearing them out on my own?" After saying that, Brencharis is going to start jogging at a steady pace, keeping an eye out for anything trying to hide nearby.
"I do wish to take part of your tea party with your dragon buddy here but I've got responsibility to deal with!" She winks at Brencharis and follow suit then turning back to the boys! "Are you boys going to do the work? We girls here are doing everything here while you boys are just standing here!"
Kallen will look out for the old man in squirrel form, hoping that he won't get caught by the cultist and not turn into a snack!
Prentiss steps towards Favric, teeth gritted and scales shining: "(In draconic) You are wrong. Dragons cannot be allies, they crave only power and will happily cleanse us from the land. We offer them nothing except amusement, and a life as their pets is no life at all. You must renounce your delusion or you will surely die"
Favric displays a broad grin, seemingly amused at the change in Tongue presented by Prentiss and responds (in Draconic), "Perhaps you'd like to join us? We could go together to treat with the dragon? Maybe you have something valuable to offer it for its favor?" He asks almost daring him to accept the offer.
His fellows watch the others of your group as they move on past, but Favric continues to stare at Prentiss as if expecting him to say something. As he stands close Prentiss notices a strap of leather peeking out from under the collar of his cultist's garb, perhaps a part of a pendant or similar item.
Kallen glances around for the creature she suspects is Reidoth and finds a fat grey squirrel perched high in the tree just north of the building you just left observing the scene safely out of reach.
Brencharis jogs to catch up with Kallen making suspicious note of dry bushes interspersed within the thicket to your left.
Velshir trails along with the others looking around for Joshua who has been notably silent during this interaction. As the group makes their way slowly north, the cultists gradually lose interest and return to the building apparently forgetting about Favric's order to hunt. Favric holds his gaze with Prentiss.
A short distance to the north another ruined cottage can be seen past the thicket with more structures to the north.
I'm placing you all at the intersection of the path from the building you just left and the one that leads the Cultist's home for the moment. Reidoth-Squirrel is in the tree near the northwest corner of the ruined structure you passed through. The thicket mentioned is just north and left of the path northward. Favric stands in the path about 5' from their door, the other cultists presently moving inside.
What do you all do? (Just for kicks please add an initiative and perception roll to your next post.)

Prentiss feels a chill at Favric's suggestion of meeting the dragon; he has not felt cold like this for some time.
"Be it on your head if you wish to speak to such a monster. I carry one inside me, I know what they can do, and your little band will not stand a chance...what makes you think you can appease it?"
A flicker of concern flashes in Favric's eyes as you mention a monster within and his eyes shift momentarily to the shine of scales on Prentiss' skin and his unusual coloring but he masters it and smiles. "Dragons favor possessions, precious jewels and coin as well as power. We will appeal to these."
Only one cultist stays to watch the discussion and possibly another at the window, the others have moved inside.
Joshua gathers with the others leaving Prentiss at the back of the party as they linger for his discussion.
Hearing Prentiss’s first comment towards Favric, Brencharis turns around and motions for Kallen to follow her. “Just what is your plan for appealing to the dragon’s greed?” As she speaks, Brencharis puts her bow back on her shoulder and stands about halfway between the two men. She motions towards the house Favric came out of and says: “No offense, but I find it hard to believe you have enough valuables in there to noticeably fill a dragon’s hoard, and as for you Prentiss, ha e you heard anything about a green dragon attacking travelers on the road or towns since the eruption that destroyed Thundertree? For all we know this dragon is one of the relatively better ones of their kind, and if there’s anything growingup in a thieves guild taught me, it’s that nothing is always as it seems on the outside.” She clasps her hands together, closes her eyes, takes a deep breath, and turns towards Prentiss. “We’re here to kill zombies and twig blights, not to antagonize people who could potentially make it so Thundertree can have people living in it again, even if it means they have a dragon for a neighbor.” She turns towards Favric. “As for you, I’m guessing you’re the leader of this group or something like that? If you don’t mind, I have a few questions to ask about the dragon that lives in Thundertree.”

Prentiss grits his teeth, then says to Brencharis (but loud enough for Favric to hear, and in Common) "Maybe you're right. I'v e heard rumours of good dragons that don't treat ordinary folk like insects. Maybe this is one of those"
He turns on his heel and walks away, rejoining the group to leave.
@Brencharis:
Despite the relatively low Insight roll, you can easily work out that Prentiss is working out some inner issues - he clearly does not like dragons!

"Uhh guys?" Kallen looks around and and saw Prentiss interacting with the cultist and Kallen will try her best to handle the situation.
"Forgive Fabio..." Kallen looks at Prentiss, giving the look of disappointment, trying to throw off the cultist prying eyes on him. "He have some issues please forgive him sir..." Kallen approaches the cultist and offer her them 5 gold to please him. "We will leave you and your dragon friend alone, I don't wanna know what you guys are doing!"
Favric, seemingly entertained by the interactions, fails to respond immediately to Brencharis' questions but accepts the gold in surprise from Kallen nodding, "As you wish." Then glancing at Brencharis, "Unless you have questions?"
