Blue initiative group -- you all are up. Feel free to post whenever you are able. There are currently 4 weasels, two juvenile, two fully grown, about 30 feet from you currently.

Cowering with one arm covering his head and one wildly swinging his walking stick while standing on one leg like a cartoonish jump scare victim, Gibson squeals like a child and a streak of white-hot energy streaks out of the end of his staff as it swings toward the nearest giant weasel (assuming the parents are up front protecting the children). He jumps in surprise and runs behind the nearest rosebush or something in the garden that gives him absolutely no cover but makes him feel slightly more secure.
Apologies. I have no idea what was happening but the pop-up was saying that the attack roll was made with 1d10 which it definitely wasn't. If you want a clean roll, see below. Otherwise rule it however you'd like.

Tul watches the giant weasels emerge from the ground with equal parts fascination and trepidation. This is the first time she has ever come across a creature and she would love to watch it move and interact with its young. But looking at their size she is also worried that they may regard the party as food. She hates the idea of killing these animals for no good reason, but perhaps if they do just enough to show that the group is not food, they will leave on their own. She's seen her mother give a good tap on the nose to the stray boar that sneak into her garden. That usually keeps them away for awhile.
She moves in towards the weasels, shouting loudly for them to "Shoo" then draws her nunchaku and swings one end to connect with one of the adults and as her momentum carries her forward, she throws an open handed blow at the other adult.
(Action - attack on Adult 1: Attack: 12 Damage: 9 and then Bonus Action - unarmed martial arts strike on Adult 2: Attack: 10 Damage: 5 )
Gibson's white-energy blast, which emerges from his staff with intense force, travels with incredible speed, slamming into the larger of the two adult weasels, nearing knocking the creature off its feet. It whimpers, in a daze, just as Tul moves in towards it, her nunchaku striking the creature into the side of its head with a sickening thud. The largest of the four weasels is down already.
Tul uses her momentum to try and strike the smaller adult right in the nose with her palm, but the weasel jerks its head out of the way, the force of half-orc's blow absorbed harmlessly into the air.

Arvastan watches the giant weasels emerge and glances around - he could hide himself, probably, for a sneak attack, but it seems a lot of trouble. Instead, he pulls his trident from his back and moves forward to attack one of the larger adult weasels.
Arvastan moves up to the weasel, and as the creature rears back to attack, the elf moves absurdly fast and jabs his trident at it, jamming it in deeply and causing the weasel to give a very good approximation of a scream of pain. Its eyes cloud over, and it looks like its just barely hanging on to life, gasping for life.
Hugh rushes forward while the weasel is distracted by Arvastan and strikes with his great axe into her back, cleaving the weasel in half, the great axe sinking the whole way through and severing the spinal cord, splattering viscera everywhere.
The two remaining giant weasels, smaller than the others, turn to Arvastan and Hugh, snarling. As those two were responsible for killing the mother, the younger weasels want revenge. Their mouths open, revealing a mouthful of sharp, needle-like teeth, as first one weasel lunges at Hugh, while the other chomps furiously at Arvastan.
Weasel #3 (on Hugh): Attack: 21 Damage: 6
Weasel #4 (on Arvastan): Attack: 24 Damage: 6
The third weasel grips onto Hugh's arm, digging his teeth in as deep as possible. The fourth weasel clamps her jaws around Arvastan's waist, as the sea elf feels a hot pain sear through his ribcage.
Dimma -- you are up. The two younger weasels are all that remain.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Seeing the weasels emerge from the ground, Dimma takes a step back, shielding herself and hoists her warhammer to shoulder height. As the two adult weasels are sliced into pieces she moves in to help Arvastan.
She lowers the warhammer behind her and swings it in a wide arc, following through with the swing to knock the juvenile away from the sea-elf.
There is a crunch as hammer meets bone, as Dimma's warhammer hits the side of the face of the young giant weasel. The creature lets Arvastan from her grasp and turns towards Dimma, growling lowly, its maw dripping blood from the wound still apart in Arvastan's side.
Top of the order -- two giant weasels are still in play. One is woozy from the hit by the warhammer, the other is untouched.
Distracted by the dwarf, Arvastan is able to easily strike the trident into the giant weasel, your strike finding purchase right into the the weasel's side. You feel a bit of resistance at first, but you press it in, and eventually, the trident slides the rest of the way in. Dimma, as you are watching, you can see the spark disappear from the weasel's eyes as another foe falls to the group.

Gibson cowers behind his "cover," peaking out from his hiding place.
If Hugh and Tul aren't able to finish it off, he'll poke his head up just in time to squeeze off another eldritch blast before the beast can attack again.

While she has seen death before, this killing of the giant weasels is affecting, Tul. They’re just wild beasts protecting their territory. But it’s too late now. Three are dead and this last one looks willing to fight to the end. The best she can hope fore is to put it out of its misery as quickly as possible.
She sweeps her nunchaku around, aiming for the creature’s broad head, then swings her free hand around in a fast chop to follow.
As Gibson holds another beam of white energy watching his compatriots, Tul swings her nunchaku around in a wide arc, slamming it into the creature's large wet nose. It stumbles back and blinks, totally unprepared for her speed as she flips around and drives her palm into its neck. There is a muted crunch and the creature falls to the ground, dead, its neck apparently broken.
The garden is quiet once more. (Out of combat.)
The main door of the house immediately to your right, with two large dirty windows on either side of the massive door -- which seems to be made (like much in Saltmarsh) from reclaimed ship's wood. Ahead of you is a thorny and overgrown path that leads around the side of the house and presumably to the back door you learned about from the drunken gnome the night before. Where are you going?
Gibson stands, clears his throat, tucks his amulet away, and straightens the front of his vest as he walks out from his hiding place. "Very well done, everyone! I would expect no less from any of you, being the consummate professionals that we all are. I, myself, must've tripped on one of these roots over here as I was springing into action. Blasted safety hazards, they are! Fortunately, each one of us are thoroughly capable adventurers able to handle any situation thrown at us."*Cough*"Judging from the noises these things were making while concealed and the ferocity with which they attacked, I think we can safely say we have unraveled the mysteries of the Dada Manor 'haunting.' We should probably head to the waterfront to look for signs of piracy, right?" He flashes the smile again but there's a look of trepidation in his eyes.
Dimma initiative. 2
Seems about right
Combat order:
Gibson
Arvastan
Hugh
Tul
Weasels
Dimma
