The woman pauses for a minute, then the corners of her lips curl into a smile. "The adventurer's hall? So you're an adventurer, coming from the city, and you got lost...aparently following pretty close to the river." She hums and puts her hands on her hips. "Y'know, when I was a little girl I was told that holy folk can't lie to save their asses. Looks like you can't do the same for your half-elf friend either."
Pin's hands begin to glow with holy light, and with a flex of her fingers, a ray of white energy shoots from her form and strikes the woman in the chest, sending her crashing into the ground below. She's still alive, and very pissed.
Peaking out from behind the tree where she fell, attempting to do so in a way so as not to be seen. Moving her hands behind the tree and whispering words which carry divine energy, Cifray pokes her finger around the thick trunk and points it at the woman interrogating Pin. (Charm Person) Popping back behind the tree she whispers a small prayer that her magic can help.

Moskov asks the man next to him in Elvish, "What is your name?"It's good to hear Elvish again, even if it is a different dialect than I'm accustomed to, he thinks with a small smile.
After he receives his answer, he peeks out the door to the guards outside. Are they near a ledge of some sort? How many are there? How close are they clustered together?
He relaxes against the wall and asks, "Do you know how many bandits and those monsters there are? Also, do you have a way you could quickly escape from here that the guards would have a hard time following you?"
A crazy idea is beginning to unfurl in his mind, but he needs more info.
"I-I am Teru." He glances outside, still whispering to Moskov. "I've counted about a dozen or so humans. We outnumber them but, as I said, their weapons are powerful. And the monsters...I don't know where they came from. They just appeared in our village days after the humans took forceful residents. I can only assume deep within the treeline. But, the ones you most likely have dealt with aren't the problem. It's..." He takes a sharp breath and slowly turns his head to look back at you. "That one."
For a moment, Moskov can see another one of those slimy monsters, only this one is twice as tall and more mangily. Some bones are exposed while others are protruding from the skin. While the smaller monsters' heads are oval-shaped much like a human, this one is elongated like a canine. It is walking hunched over, almost knuckle-walking if not for the 10ft obsidian staff it uses. It is draped in a colorful material, what it is Moskov hasn't a clue. While all the humans around seem to interact with this creature like normal, just looking at this thing makes Moskov's blood run cold.
"As for escaping...well..." He gestures to the small river that runs through the room. "It is about 5ft deep, but it winds and bends. If you are thinking of jumping in to get to the main river, you might not get far before you need to rise for air."
((What I was trying to get at was if Moskov said he had to take a leak and if he could cast magic once outside, would a level 2 Thunderwave followed by a quickened level 2 Thunderwave knock all the bad dudes into the river/ledge thereby allowing a chance of escape for the villagers, or are they too spaced too far apart and/or not close enough to said river/ledge?))
Corwin remains where he is, hopefully still somewhat out of sight, and prepares to spring into action.
OOC: Would I need another stealth roll to determine if Corwin is hidden?
Initiatives 12
OOC: I'm not sure exactly how everything is laid out at this point, but Corwin may be casting Entangle or Spike Growth or something like that. Any way to see positions (or at least get a description on how clustered up the enemies are and how many he could affect? Is it still basically like it is in the map posted earlier? Thanks!
