You can get within range in one turn for an arrow strike. The reptile has partial cover so it'll be a harder shot.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Lana reaches the top of the turn and sees the foul looking creature and Bel as she quickly notches an arrow and lets it lose confidently.

Attack 16 If Hit 9

Spirit runs up and leaps toward the creature swatting it with her massive paw while letting out a startling roar.

(requires DC 12Str or prone)

If Prone:

You roll all your damage dice again and add them to the total damage (+1d8 for you—if there's extra damage dice from something like Sneak Attack or hunter's mark, you double those dice as well).

Here's a handy thing to remember on crits

all dice, roll twice

then you add whatever modifiers (those don't get doubled)

And as an added bonus I will dash to catch up with Bel - which allows me to do a goring rush attack

[Goring Rush: 17 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.]

Goring Rush: When taking a Dash action, I can make a horns attack as a bonus action.
