GB’s magic is ablated by the metal plates, and it uses its forward motion to throw Spirit aside in its assault. It rushes for Bel, attacking with its brutal spiked gauntlets.

Lana readies her bow and fires another arrow at the giant suit of armor.

Aregarak's attack opens up the animated armor stand for a direct hit, and Lana's second arrow pierces the metal plates like the previous one. Slowly, the construct begins to seize up and fall apart, its metal pieces clattering to the floor.

All is quiet, for the moment, save for the reverberations of crashing metal echoing off the stones walls.

The corridor still contains several closed doors. To your east, the hallway opens into another sizeable chamber with a dark pool in a low basin, similar to the one where the ghost accosted you. 

However, this chamber is littered with the remains of old warriors. Seven dwarf corpses lie where they fell a hundred years ago, surrounded by the remains of at least a dozen orc warriors. The dead have been stripped of their arms and armor; only a handful of broken weapons and shattered shields remain.

The chamber has three other doors that can be clearly seen by anyone with darkvision.

Bel stumbles holding his wounds. “I think I need a rest” he tells the group as he struggles to keep himself upright.

Lana walks over to Bel and helps guide him to the ground then saying an elvish spell to heal some of his wounds.

GB looks to Bell and the party.  "May need to be a short rest, GB feels uncertain."

“ Thank you” he tells Lana. “I think a short rest would be good”

“If someone wants to take first watch, I need to trance for a while”

Lana sits down with her bow in her lap and hand as always on it with Spirit laying beside her "I will take first watch" she tells them.

GB sits and reviews his spell book for the hour rest.  GB, while reading, pulss out his wine flask and attempts to take a drink only to be disappointed it is still empty. fter a while he will pack his book back and stand up and say to the party, pointing at Aregarak. 

"GB ready, what door big guy break next?"

after a small rest, Bel climbs to his feet “ok, think I’m ready to continue”

After about an hour, you hear a blood-curling scream coming from the south-east, where you haven’t yet explored.

Lana gets up and looks to Spirit and the others "anyone know what that was" she asked.
