The shot from Rácz hits the banshee, but instead of impacting solidly it passes through her form. It still appears to do some damage as it goes through, but not as much as you'd expect for a normal creature. Continuing to stare at the group without flinching, the banshee twists her face to change her appearance into a terrifying form that shakes you to your core.

"Wow! So many spooks! Well, you can't scare me. In fact, I bet you can't even hurt me!" Viridi taunts the banshee then runs off to the side hoping she can keep the banshee away from the party. She then balls up a mote of red light, then throws it and a magical pebble at the banshee.
Arona quivers for a second but manages to lift her arm and hurl her spear at the creature. She then sprints across the room and aims to hide in the corner in order to get farther from the creature.
Viridi's attacks hits the creature as the rest of her companions are visibly shaken by the creature's appearance. Arona and Rácz miss with their attacks but are able to overcome their initial fear from seeing the creature.
(@Math My map/description weren't super clear but in order to go up the stairs you'd have to move closer to the banshee which you wouldn't have been able to do on your turn. I moved you back for now, but feel free to move somewhere else if you want as long as you never move closer to the banshee.)
Anybody but Rácz can go before the banshee's next turn.

Scal accepts his fate as he sees the green beam miss the creature and he then focuses inward and begins to cast a spell as 3 balls of force spiral around his head and shoot out to strike the creature.
Spending a Sorcery Point to cast a1st lvl Magic Missile: 8
Scal''s magic missiles impact the banshee as she glides closer to you all and lets out a mournful, soul-wrenching wail that painfully pierces through your ears and throughout your body.
For everyone, DC 13 Con save or instantly drop to 0 hit points. On success, take 5 psychic damage.
(Everyone but Viridi is knocked unconscious regardless of saving throw)
Viridi Con save: 6
Everyone is knocked unconscious. The next thing you know, you all wake up in the original starting room, fully healthy and recharged. You all gain the benefits of a long rest.
(OOC: Wail has a 30-foot range, Viridi is for sure out of range, but Rácz probably is too... I agree that Scal and Arona are out though. I marked it on the map.)
Wail (1/Day). The banshee releases a mournful wail, provided that she isn’t in sunlight. This wail has no effect on constructs and undead. All other creatures within 30 feet of her that can hear her must make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, a creature drops to 0 hit points. On a success, a creature takes 10 (3d6) psychic damage.

Ignore this for now...
Looking around the room, you notice a new addition. In the back of the room opposite the doorways is a long table. On the left side of the table is a piece of parchment, on the right is a stone basin, and there is a large gap in between these two objects. You hear the voice speak to you: "Speak your selection out loud and drop the gold in the basin." If you go to examine the parchment, you see a list of items and upgrades available for purchase with corresponding prices.
Any non-magical weapon/armor/item listed in the PHB for the listed PHB price

The banshee flies toward Viridi, seeing her as the primary threat. Her wail affects only Viridi, who failed her save and drops to 0hp. Arona is up with the death save from Viridi below, then 2 of you can start the next round.
Arona charges up the stairs, no longer afraid of the banshee, although she will taunt the specter and bait it into moving towards and attacking her and hopefully leaving the ranged combatants in the group alone.
Move Action: 45 feet up the stairs and onto the balcony
Action: Taunt? (LMK what kind of check this would be)
Bonus Action: None

Arona shouts down at the banshee again as she runs up the stairs now in desperation, "HEY! Why is your hair so tangled? Do you need a hairbrush? Come and get it!"
Move Action: As far up the stairs as she can get (you can move me) (I have 45 feet of movement, so I will go up the stairs and to the left if I can)

(I don't think you can get all the way up the stairs with 45ft feet of movement, I put the counting on the spreadsheet so let me know if I'm wrong.)
You could choose between intimidation/persuasion for trying to taunt. They're the same for you so I'll just roll here:
