"Whoa!" Seiren takes a step back and blinks at Large Grizzle. "Maybe Grizzle should borrow a pair of gloves if you've got extra, Kane." She scratches at her nose, thinking once again, and starts wondering out loud but raises her voice a little so that Grizzle can hear from how tall he is now. "Okay, so we don't have the level of magic that would be able to connect to the grove like a network, but..." She trails off, mumbling to herself. When Kane suggests holding hands, she nods. "That's an idea... Would really run that point home about working together, hm?" She nods her head at Grizzle. "Although I would like to see if there is anything to see from up top, if you don't mind. If not, then we'll try touching each other." She pauses. "Pretend like I worded that better." Seiren calls up to Grizzle, cupping her hands around her mouth, "Hey, Grizzle, now that you're bigger, do you think you can try climbing up and scouting again? Maybe, uh, try to avoid letting your skin touch the tree as much as possible — cover your hands with your sleeves or cloak or something?" She quickly strums a couple of chords on her lute and sings a little ditty to grant Grizzle Bardic Inspiration (1d6), "Tell me why, ain't nothing but a headache, tell me why, we can't seem to catch a break, I'll tell you what, you'll climb that tree and help us find the way."
Once within the next 10 minutes, the creature can roll the die and add the number rolled to one ability check, attack roll, or saving throw it makes. The creature can wait until after it rolls the d20 before deciding to use the Bardic Inspiration die, but must decide before the DM says whether the roll succeeds or fails. Once the Bardic Inspiration die is rolled, it is lost. A creature can have only one Bardic Inspiration die at a time.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"Uh Griz. Can you see my house from there," Zira shouts up at the goblin before laughing. "I'm sorry guys but I don't get how a tree magic or not if going to help up find anyone," she interjects. "Griz," she shouts again. "See anyone moving around in tbe forest from up there besides us? Maybe you can see one of the teachers," she adds curiously. Looking back at the party. "Let's all focus on our own talents instead of just repeating what others have done already," she finishes.
Zira then looks around for tracks other than the party's that might lead anywhere else.

Climbing the tree, Grizzle saw a floating structure in the distance, far away, past what could be 20 miles of forest. After seeing this, he promptly shrinks in size until he is back to his normal, or almost. He seems to have shrunk 1.5 inches in height from what he used to be before getting big.

The color of the trees slowly changed from that of the magical ones to normal ones, at least that’s what it looked like. Grizzle promptly falls through the tree, not taking fall damage as he hits a lot of branches, but the branches didn’t trigger his magic. He lands flat on his back after shouting about what’s over there.

Kane looks at trees. “They have changed into normal trees. Perhaps they were a distraction this whole time. Well, I guess we follow our lead. Lead the way, Grizzle”
Despite him not taking fall damage, Seiren still casts Feather Fall when he's within 60 feet of her so that he's gently lowered to the ground. When he gets there, she gives him a thumbs up. And a high five. "Good job, Griz. Nice climbing."

Seiren sighs and starts walking in the direction Grizzle pointed out to them then repeats her white strip of cloth routine and casts Aid on Ezri, Grizzle, and Zira. She hums "With a Little Help from My Friends" as she does so. "Better safe than sorry."
