Fenro nods as in acknowledgement of the message before saying aloud, "Shall we get on the road then?" Without really waiting for a response, he slings his and continues walking in the direction they had been headed last night. A little slower than normal pace, to allow the others to catch up with him.

"Yes, perhaps if you obtain the means of conducting your own spells I could help you make use of them, provided you learn spells I too have learned."

Looking over and watching Fenro begin walking away, Aramae chuckles softly to himself.

"Seems someone is quite eager to resume traveling. So much so they have forgotten that we have a cart. Edgar, Oryxis, would you help me ready the cart?"

”I’ll start studying right now! Let’s hurry to get the cart rolling!” 

The cart is unhitched and quickly catches those who had started ahead. The dragonborn give no sign they've even noticed you're gone. 

As you travel small farms become more and more prevalent as the ground flattens fully. Small stands of trees and the occasional house are the only things that break up the skyline. 

If I could get two of you to make a perception check please.

(I think I might wait for others who likely have a higher perception modifier than Aramae. Si'Juul he is not. :P)

As the cart catches up to Fenro, he throws his gear onto the back but continues to walk beside it with his quarterstaff in hand.

Both of you are watching carefully and see that a brown rope has been stretched out across the road in front of you. To the sides of the road you can see two small shapes in the tall grass.

"Ware the road," Fenro says quietly to the rest of the group. "It appears we are not alone. Let's stop here."

Aramae quietly sighs.

"As I had said may happen. Well, how are we to go about this? I could attempt to talk them down."

Edgar will jump off the back of the cart and sneak up behind one of the two shapes, all while keeping a look out for more bandits.

if he cant spot any more then the two shapes he will put his dagger to the mans throat and calmly say “surely thise ropes are not for us, but for a large beast pestering the region right?”

Edgar sneaks quietly up behind a space. As he gets there he realizes that it's not a man, but a goblin, filled with cuts and bruises. The goblin drops his bow when he feels the knife on his neck. "Eep! Don't hurt Ging. Ging just want to eat." 

Aramae steps off the cart and walks to one end of the rope to begin untying it.

He shouts in the area, speaking to whoever set up the rope.

"We merely wish to pass through and that is all we will do if you do not stand in our way!"

If Aramae is not hindered he will finish untying the one end and carry the rope to the other end to untie it as well and then roll up the rope and hang it on a tree branch.

Edgar take the goblin by the scruff and lift him up. “It’s a goblin ambush. Beware, usually if you find a goblin, there are a whole den close by”

The goblin squeaks again. "You pass, you pass. Ging have no friends. Only Ging. Ging just want food."

After Aramae finishes with the rope, he will cast Message to Edgar.

'I assume you rushed off and ambushed the ambsush. Are you well? Did the goblins say what they had wanted?'

As Aramae moves away from the cart, Fenro reaches into the back, swapping his quarterstaff for his bow. Casually he knocks an arrow and keeps an eye on the other side of the road.

The figure on the opposite side of the road sits unmoving in the grass.

(Aramae has been waiting on Edgar's response, unless something else happens, that's basically all he's going to do at the moment after hanging the rope on a brance. I don't think Aramae is aware of the other goblin technically, but is likely assuming there are others on that side of the road)
