Not because of the small attack but of the incoming goblin's rampage of attacks, Cami reacts to the incoming blow of the Intellect Devourer. She uses the hand that was holding down to go to her shield, she pulls a lever that was inside, and in a mere second, the plates of steel that seemed to be added to the shield shift over and change shape until the shield looks like a tower that covers much more of her body.
From behind her shield, Cami calls out to Frilvoril. "Hey, I have a tool to clear every one of them who is nearby, if you move a little out and focus on the ones that are farther away, I think we can still get out of this."
Hearing Cami shout to get out of the way, Frilvoril folds his wings in and dives across the hall landing on the ground on the opposite side of the long row of goblins before landing on the opposite side.
Move: All the way down the hall (45 Feet) and down to the ground (5 Feet)
(OOC: I will include my action/bonus action/reaction after I see the 9 opportunity attacks (7 Goblins and 2 Intellect Devourers) because they will depend on those.)
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
“The mark of a successful DM is when you have caused more player deaths with doors than dragons, demons, or devils.”
Three of the blades catch Frilvoril's wing as he flies above the goblins and streams of blood ribbon out from his wings as he lands. As soon as he lands, Frilvoril pulls upon some of his resolve to attempt to heal his own wounds before firing his bow twice at the goblins he can see.
Cami was still holding the lever of her shield up to this point. It's only after hearing the sound of goblins getting hurt that she can tell Frilvoril is already far away enough, so she releases her grip, and the lever goes back into place with force, which also immediately makes the plates return to their normal position, although a few plates fall to the ground instead because not all of her creations are as stable.
Cami inspects the area one time, and then she goes into one of her pockets for probably another trinket. What she takes out is a white spherical object that looks like a small bomb with a fuse. She pulls the fuse out, which may seem a bit confusing, but removing the string seems to set fire to whatever was inside, and so she throws it into the chaos. The bomb blows up mid-air, and, although no destruction comes directly out of it, it makes a very loud noise, causing damage to whoever is nearby.
Move: None
Bonus Action: None
Action: [Tooltip Not Found] Shatter (Centered in the spot between Goblin 8 and Devourer 2) DC 15 Constitution Save or take 13 Thunder Damage.
Pocket gets very bothered by the loud noise. Their sensitive ears making it a little painful on them, even though they avoided the dangerous range for the bomb. No orders from Cami though, so they stay in place.

Frilvoril, both of your arrows connect and kill both of the goblins. The arrows stick deep into their bodies. You also regain your 11 hp.
I won't attempt to further describe Cami's actions as it's pretty awesome.
Goblin 1, 8, 9 saves in that order: 61543
ID 1, 2 saves: 142
I rolled one to many for the goblins. So, goblin #9 takes the full damage and is killed instantly. All of the other creatures and goblins take 6 damage. This also kills devourer #1!
The bugbear, stunned by what has just happened, barks more commands but stays back now. "Defend Xanathar!"
The remaining devourer now skitters over to Cami, tries to claw her as well as, well... devour her intellect. Claw Attack: 16 Damage: 10 and the creature's claws deflect off your scale mail.
Please roll that INT check now as the creature starts to shake violently around you....
I will follow up tomorrow because it will be next round and goblins are up after the incapacitated and stunned Korba.
Since the remaining Devourer will probably be in Cami's hands, she goes immediately for that. She grabs something, and it seems to glue to her glove, pulling it out reveals 5 little steel plates each on one of Cami's fingers, and they're all connected by a wire. She claps that hand to the shield, and the sudden movement seems to create electric sparks and a few chains of lightning that connect the shield and her electric glove. Finally, she goes for a grab on the brain, trying to electrocute the Devourer dead. If she kills the Devourer, she plans on moving forward.
Cami feels proud in not needing the cannon for herself anymore, so she does finally give Pocket a command to move. They head towards Frilvoril, swooping low, 5 ft. above the ground, but not worried about getting attacked by the goblins. Finally, they stop behind Frilvoril.
Bonus Action: None
Move: 55 ft. north (5ft. above the ground.) - Suffers no attack of opportunity thanks to Flyby (owl feature).

Fril instinctively lifts his hand up to deflect the arrow, and a magical force springs into existence to deflect the arrow. Seeing the number of goblins remaining, he reluctantly drops his bow before drawing his rapier and lunging forward at the nearby goblins.
Frilvoril, you do not take the damage from the arrow as it deflects off the magical force at the last possible second. Your first rapier stab clanks off the goblin #5's armor, but the second one just runs the creature through. Goblin 5 is dead. You remain where you are as the first attack did not kill the goblin.
((I really enjoy Cami's and all of your descriptions with the attacks, thank you))
Cami, you shock the hell out of the little brain creature, and just when you think it is about to stop moving, it doesn't. It looks really slow, but still standing.
Pocket flies as described.
The bugbear #3 bursts into the main hallway, yelling all in goblin speak this time.
The devourer, on it's last legs, claws out again at Cami: Attack: 23 Damage: 7
It will also try and get into her thoughts... (I will roll Cami's INT save since I have time): 17
The claws dig in deep... but the intelligence attack fails. Cami is rock solid once again.
Next Round: Korba, Goblins, Fril, Cami, Pocket, Bugbear, ID
Korba continues his catatonic state.
Goblin #7 runs forward and swings its scimitar at Fril: Attack: 19 Damage: 7
Goblins #8 and #1 shoot their bows at Cami. #1's shot Cami will have 1/2 cover. #8 Attack: 16 Damage: 8 #1 Attack: 12 Damage: 7
Frilvoril is up!
Maps are updated.
Cami and Pocket will be next, same deal - either wait if need be, or you can queue your turns.
Fril throws up another magical barrier, to deflect the scimitar, but he knows that his reserves of magic are not infinite and that if he is to survive, he must end this fight soon. Stabbing forward with the rapier, Frilvoril attempts to disember the goblin in front of him before charging forward and placing himself immediately before the large bugbear. In common he narrows his eyes and asks the bugbear, "You work for Xanathar then?"

The wire connecting Cami to the Protector is very stretched at this time, going all the way from her to Pocket, it's pretty thin, though, so it's likely none of the goblins saw it. As soon as Pocket is in position, she presses the button that activates it, but Fril is going further away from Pocket just at that time, making sure the Protector is less useful.
Cami notices it and shakes her head a little bit, but she makes her next move without even mentioning it. The electric glove didn't leave her hand, and it wasn't about to. She goes to grab the Devourer one more time, quite annoyed it was still alive after a bomb and a grasp. "Die, already!"
Bonus Action: Activating Protector Cannon
11 temp HP to everyone within 10 ft. of the cannon.
Indeed!
Korba lays in a catatonic state in the other room with the door shut by Cami.
The goblins send another huge volley of arrows at the party. They all scream in goblin, but you also hear some common "Hail Xanathar!!"
#8 runs forward and shoots at Cami since Fril is flying it has a clear shot: Attack: 13 Damage: 4
#1 enters the hallway and shoots a clear shot at a flying Fril: Attack: 19 Damage: 5
#7 also shoots at Fril, although with 2 goblins in front, even though Fril is flying, there will be 1/2 cover on this shot: Attack: 5 Damage: 4
All of the other goblins yell as per above and hold actions.
Frilvoril is up!

I see 7 for the goblins as they swing their swords at the flying Fril, but the ID's can't melee I don't think those little things can jump that high.
Here they are - no descriptions for them, you can see if they hit or miss of course!

Goblin #5 runs towards Frilvoril screaming a war cry and swing its scimitar wildly: Attack: 6 Damage: 4
Goblin #7 moves north and tries to get a clear shot at Frilvoril, but doesn't have it: (1/2 cover to Fril on this shot): Attack: 21 Damage: 4
Goblin #8 takes a clear shot at Cami: Attack: 14 Damage: 6
Goblin #1 takes a shot at Cami but is not clear: (1/2 cover to Cami on this shot): Attack: 11 Damage: 7
