"Hmm... Perhaps." Frilvoril says thoughtfully. "Or they have been summoned down here some other way." He steps into the hallway behind Korba and Cami, but he makes sure to stay near the back of the group and keep 5 feet off the ground.

“The mark of a successful DM is when you have caused more player deaths with doors than dragons, demons, or devils.”
You all move south down the hallway and reach Pocket at the mouth of the tunnel.
Korba, you can see that this tunnel is clearly an excavation site to a different section of the dungeon. The hallway was once a dead end. The tunnel is empty.
Assuming Cami sends Pocket into the tunnel...
Pocket reaches the end of the tunnel. They end up in a partially collapsed hall, with a single door leading west and a double door leading east.
Within this partially collapsed hall, there is also a headless stone statue of a nude woman. It is half-buried in stone debris.
Frilvoril shivers at the thought of going down into such a small tunnel and ruffles his feathers, but he sighs and glancing at the rest of the group, confirms his suspicions, "I guess we are going to have to go down there. Anybody want to go first?"

“The mark of a successful DM is when you have caused more player deaths with doors than dragons, demons, or devils.”
Cami crouches and goes down the tunnel second, meanwhile Pocket perches on Korba's shoulder and, even though Cami's not looking through their eyes, her familiar does probably get a view of what's behind the doors.
You all proceed through the small tunnel and get to the partially collapsed hall with the half naked statue buried in rubble.
Korba looks through the doors in that room and Pocket and Cami proceed to peek through the now opened doors as well.
You see more passageways going in a few different directions all shown on the map, but see or hear nothing else. The passageways look the same as the ones you were in before the tunnel.
I have made a change to the mapping system. The 'Level 1 Overview' tab shows the entire level and what you have uncovered so far. You can see what I mean now how huge it is. The 'ACTION' tab will be the current location of the party zoomed in so you can see details better and whatnot.
Cami hadn't had the time to check behind the doors yet, but Pocket did communicate it to her through their telepathic link. Just as she stands up at the end of the tunnel she states her opinion. "I say we go to the right. There are less diverging paths there, so we can take out more of our choices at once." She points to the door to the west.
“I’ll let you two examine the bones if you’d like.”Korba says heading to the door to the north. Putting his ear to the door to listen through ((7)), Korba prepares to open it and go through if he thinks it sounds quiet.
Pocket climbs on Cami's shoulder before they make their way there, and, as they're passing the bones, Pocket takes the one look over them, but Cami is not planning on any thorough examination of them.
Even with just a quick glance, Pocket sees, written on the wall above the skeleton in dried blood:
TALK TO ME
Pocket would also notice bugbear fur on the ground.
Korba, you don't hear anything when you listen by the door. It sounds quiet. You prepare to open it and go through.
Through the door is another room with noticeably taller ceilings. There is a closed door to the north. Also, there are two stone pillars with a 10-foot-wide arch between them that seem to be supporting the 20-foot-high ceiling.
Near the base of each pillar are the skeletal remains of two orcs.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Korba walks into the next room and leans on one pillar waiting for the others to enter. Once they do he gestures up to it with the sword stuck to his hand and says “I’ve not studied the arcane... any ideas on this?”He then heads to the next door, and again listens through it ready to go through if it seems safe ((perception 6)).
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"I haven't spent much time studying the arcane either, although I have some understanding of The Weave." Frilvoril says this as he floats around the room taking a closer look at each of the objects. He takes special interest in the skeletal remains and is specifically looking to see if he can perhaps identify the cause of death.
Korba, when you leaned up against the pillar, gestured the others up to it and then walked to the north door, at any point did you walk through/under the pillars/archway? If you did, please roll a d12. Please be honest :)
If you didn't, when you walk up and listen to the north door, you hear nothing and you are confident nothing is behind it. You push it open and can see the next section of the passage is a small connecting passage with another closed door headed northwest.
Frilvoril, when you look at the pillars and connecting arch, you get a good sense that this structure could've been some type of magical portal or gate. If you want to inspect the orc remains to identify cause of death, please roll an investigation check, given these are bones we are talking about here that have been here awhile. If you decide to do this, please also roll a d12 as you will be moving between the pillars and going underneath the arch.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
As soon as Frilvoril recognizes that the archway could be a magical gate, he quickly puts his arms out to block Korba, Cami, or Pocket from walking further (unless Korba would have already walked through to listen at the door). Frilvoril then turns to the group and says, "This appears to be some kind of magical gate, I'm not sure whether we should go through or just pass around it. It seems dangerous, but if something can get out through the gate, then perhaps we should clear whatever is on the other side of it."
If Korba has already walked through and vanishes (as I am assuming would happen if you walked through a magical portal), then Frilvoril says, "This is some kind of portal, we should probably go through to find Korba because who knows what is beyond it." as he flies through the archway as well. (ONLY IF KORBA HAS ALREADY GONE THROUGH): 8

((Since the pillars are off to the side, Korba wouldn’t have gone out of his way to go under them. Though he likely wouldn’t have avoided doing so if he needed to pass, that doesn’t seem the case. He was more pointing them out then looking them over.))

You all proceed...
The west corridor door is opened by Korba. It leads to a larger room with 2 small alcoves, and a closed door to the north west.
The south alcove has bones scattered about.
The east one has a tiefling skeleton hanging from rusty manacles, missing it's legs!
