Fah'lin, trying to maximize the momentum of the battle (and Rage), opens the next door and steps out into the hall. He stows his sword and is Ready to Eldritch Blast a target when the door opens. 

There only being one place you haven't been yet Grond opens the door to the north and sees

This room appears to be a wizard’s workshop. A rat scurries across the floor and takes refuge under a large worktable set up with alembics, retorts, distillation coils, and other alchemical devices, all of it stewing and bubbling away. Bookshelves are crowded with sheaves of parchment and strange-looking tomes.

Grond sees no wizard but does see a door to the west so he crosses and throws it open to find a bedroom with a desk and some shelves. He also finds a man opening a no longer secret door in the wall. He turns to Grond and gestures (Save v  Wisdom) 7

His friend the wizard ducks through the door.

Igneous "WIZARD SURRENDER NOW AND WE NOT HARM YOU, RUN AND YOU WILL SUFFER"

Fah'lin moves to stand by Grond, too bad his rage will have faded. He is ready to Dodge anything the wizard might throw at him. (Or Grond.)

"Igneous you can outrun that old man with ease. We'll catch up."

"Got it" Igneous dashes ahead to catch up to the wizard
