"It seems to be talking about different places. It says, South for the sands of ferocious might. To the next one!" Evas jogs to the East entrance. "Maybe? The writing doesn't seem that friendly..."
(You wouldn't know the specifics about this, but you would have a basic understanding of geography. North is obviously talking about the Far North and the worshippers of Icaernei there. West is mostly unknown to you, but you know that Maztica and other lands are to the west of the ocean. "South" is fairly ambiguous, as there are many different lands below the Sword Coast, and East is also fairly vague, as Kara-Tur, Thayn, the Anauroch Desert and other lands are to the east.)

Kane turns to Evas. “Yeah, I got nothing. Since I’m new here, I’m not familiar with the geography of this land. I know a little from books, like the North I believe is referring to the Far North, where the worshippers of Icaerni dwell. But besides that, I don’t know much.”
"Perhaps it is a test of spirit - or a way to refine what it is that you seek before entering. I would not recommend the North entrance - my people are from this Far North you speak of, or near enough to it. It is a dark place, of long nights and cold days. This... Icaerni you speak of. It is known to us, or some of his worshippers are, in any case. He is not to be taken lightly. If... if you deem it wise, Evas, I would ask that we enter by the South or West gates, such that, in any case, we might not risk the wrath of that which we know already to be a fearsome god to offend."
"Well, thank you. Though, I assume most of you know much better then me. I'm just a old craftsman with some magicalabilities." Evas points towards the west. "So, based on your observations I would prefer West. If it is a trial of combat South would be hard for me. My spells are mainly fire based so it would be difficult. I of course can use my crossbow too. Should we knock on west?"
"Interesting. It says, West for the land of the enslaved claw. Onward to the next?" Evas keeps walking to the right.

Okay. The South Entrance appears as the others but has this written in elven:
"South for the sands of ferocious might."

Kane walks along Evas and listens to what his says. “This isn’t going to be dangerous, is it?” Kane keeps walking as well.

The final door appears exactly as the others, but has the elven phrase of:
"East for the hand of the invoked maw."

Kane thinks about the elvish words, “Enslaved claw...sand of ferocious might...invoked maw...what do they mean?”
History check: 7
"This one says, East for the hand of the invoked maw. What do you think these mean?" Would any of us know what these places mean?
North, for the eternal winter's spite
West for the land of the enslaved claw.
South for the sands of ferocious might.
East for the hand of the invoked maw.
Which one do you guys think?

"Jalla yth otrusch hak?" Ivory asks as he walks over to the nearest door.
"Should we knock then?"

“But the question is, which door to knock?” Kane asks, since he understands Ivory.

“West is good enough for me,” Ebony replies, with Ivory chirping in agreement.

Kane will start prepping himself, dusting himself off and straight by his jacket.
