On the way back to the ship, "Nice to meet you Lady Tellura Banvatri. Well, I guess we probably met last night, I just don't rightly remember it. If you don't mind me asking where are you traveling to by airship? I hadn't heard about our future plans yet. I just keep the thing running."
Once back on the ship Tyrod would like to try to find an outlet for some the meat. (OOC: Is there an orphanage or soup kitchen, or something like that that would take a donation of meat?) He's going to grab a nice bunch and see if he can find somewhere to donate it. If he does find somewhere he'd probably come back for some more, like 100 pounds or so of meat total I think.
He's also going to check the ship out to make sure it's all in tip top shape. Also takes the chance to look around the outside and underneath parts of the ship to check for stress points that might need fixing. (roll if needed: 16)

Tyrod- Sky-Pirates of Q’rath Set: Crew of the Reaver's Word
Sitting at the table, cross-legged and still barefoot, Tellura smiles and responds, "My memory isn't the clearest either. I was entertaining the Captain's offer as a way of meeting potential allies with the right skill set, as well as developing my own. I have some long term plans regarding my House's holdings in Gallows Glens, and would need martial support to execute them." She inclines her head toward you as she speaks, positioning her eye-line in your direction. It's probably intended to normalize the fact that her eyes remain closed, though in practice it just points it out. "By this I mean to say that my destination is less a matter of location and more a matter of situation. You're the ship's carpenter then Mr. Tyrod? Has this crew been together long? The Captain seemed to be trying to fill several positions, and not being very particular about them."
There's actually more than a few options for donations. The town has an orphanage and a poorhouse, several temples, urchins, street dogs, and just asking around the docks there are multiple sailors willing to take a few kilos off your hands. Most don't even ask what kind of meat it is. Getting rid of 100 kilos for free turns out to be pretty easy. There are minor repairs needed, largely maintenance work, easily managed. You get interrupted twice by individuals from nearby ships who've heard your looking to unload meat. One's just looking for a handout, but the second one wants to supply a ship and is looking to buy two hundred pounds if you have it. The transaction is straight forward and expedient (same rate as listed before).
In all the group has sold or preserved less than a quarter of the meat in the hold. It looks like the trick will be dealing with the bulk of it before it spoils. IRL, uncooked meat takes about 2 hours to spoil at room temperature. I'm going to say the hold is kept colder, due to the temperature outside being colder at this time of year, and assuming there are some other tricks that can be employed I don't know about in the real world. We'll conveniently ignore the fact that there's a furnace in the hold. Even so, assume there isn't too long to act on that.
(OOC: Sweeney Todd solution: We could Treat the town to a barbecue. Wheelbarrow the meat to the town square, Laitraxa can lie on her back and roast it, and for a few coppers, passersby can take a skewer. I’m not sure yet what we get out of it except happy townsfolk — as long as they don’t know what they’re eating — and no flies in the hold. And, fighting hunger in the multiverse. Heroes, truly!)
Eclipse returns from performing in the town square to the ship and, hearing conversation in the galley, pokes his head in. Has everyone returned?
"And, who have we here, and what did I offer you?," Eclipse says with a bewitching pointy-toothed smile, his ears rotating forward and his whiskers merrily poised as he beholds the newcomer in her bare feet.
OOC: Just so I can understand, does Bazlachi get all the information you wrote in your post, or I need to make a decision and based on that decision I will get one (or more) of those responses. Sorry, it may be the fact that I just had my first cup of coffee, but can't quite make out the logic.
OOC: Just quoting in case it was missed, or I missed a response?
Hearing the others make their return, Laitraxa pads up from the engine room, where'd she'd been keeping the coals (and herself) warm. Seeing the dwarf first, she goes to him, speaking excitedly "Oh, Tyrod! I have a request for you, when you have some time. I was hoping you could make me a set of wooden stands, for some clothing I bought!"
Pausing, she realizes that she interrupted the group as they spoke with the strange elf. "Oh, hello! Who are you? Are you joining the crew?"
"I'm the Lady Tellura Banvatri, and I suppose there's been talk of my joining the crew, but I don't recall either of your voices. Who am I speaking to?"
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Eclipse
"Greetings Lady Banvantri, and welcome to the Reaver's Word. As you can see, we are a small but merry crew. I am the captain and pilot, ship's scholar and entertainer, Eclipse Faraway." His tail twitches a bit in annoyance, as his smile does not seem to be making an impression. (OOC: Is she blind? Perception 6/ Medicine 16) The mawn continues, looking around at the others, "To what do we owe this visit? And, ahem, what talk of joining the crew has there been?"
Ted appears from the kitchen, freshly washed and back to his pristine self. He surves up platters of goblin meat on pancakes. ”Aaah, Eclipse, I see you’ve met the Lady Banvatri. Excuse my rudeness for not introducing you. The Lady found herself in a precarious situation with Tyrod and I this morning, I thought it only proper to offer up some breakfast.” He takes a seat, tucking in his napkin, oblivious to the tension at the table. “So m’lady, what brings you to this part of the world? And where do you plan to explore after our meal?”
As she's served, Tellura taps the food with her utensils, quick, short movements, to find its edges. Even finding the utensils requires her to drift the edges of manicured nails along the table top. Her eyes never open as she does so. It does appear she's blind. "Glad to be welcomed, but I seem to be confused. I had thought this was the ship that older gentlemen had been looking to hire for, the one that smelled of leather, cigars and that bitter poultice. The one who was drinking with the two Ruxalfier last night. Jaener and Tyrod might might recall. Though that would explain why I've got the ship's name wrong. Is this also a privateer ship? It appears staffed."
We'll let the dialog decide if Tellura stays or goes, but to help move things along, assume they have the following options, as well as any others suggested by the PCs. To vote for one of the following options, or introduce another, bring it up in conversation.
Assume they can head;
North by Northeast, toward the Iron Empire, with outlying hobgoblin settlements.
Northeast, to the Obsidian Mountains, to raid the Chasm Dwarves of High Shale, living just beyond the boarders of Can Tinodeus.
Due East, toward Myr's Woods.
South by Southeast, toward the fey infested Bordermarches of the Gallows Glen.
Due South, to the plains North of Gallows Glen, where there orcs are moving to war.
(OOC: apologies — I missed the last 2 posts somehow!)
”Ehrmm... indeed this is a confusing situation in which to find oneself, helpless and alone in the galley of a privateer.
”Crew, we will dispose of the goblin meat. I suggest we have a roast out front and see if we can attract some attention and perhaps someone looking to hire our services.”
To Lady Tellura, “Well, I’m so glad you enjoyed the meal, Jenaer is incomparable, is he not? And now, perhaps Jenaer or Tyrod, you could help the Lady back to the dock? It was a pleasure, tata!”
“Indeed, we are the privateers who have brought the newfangled Goblique trend into town, you are eating it right now, how do you find it? Alas, I do not recall the events of last night, I believe we were poisoned. What is the name of this rival privateer ship, surely it cannot be to the quality of ours.” Jenaer politely probes the guest before Eclipse attempts to banish her. “My dear Eclipse, have you abandoned your manners? It is common etiquette to entertain your guest until the guest wishes to excuse themself. My apologies m’lady, I have discovered the privateer life to attract far less refined sorts, and I am trying my best to teach them. They could learn a lot from you. Tell us m’lady, where are youthe lady of? And who is this older gentleman that may be our rival?”
Well, these don't have to all be happening in the same exact time frame, so let's say yes. They can make it from the description as well.

So, that makes four times in my life that I've heard Sweeney Todd referenced as a solution to something...
(OOC: Lol, were any of the other times outside of a D&D frame of reference?)

All of them, actually. Two were in rpgs, one was in theater, one was in a deli.
Madclergy> Weird.I remember responding (I remember mentioning the coffee), but I can't find it either.
Bazlachi did get everything mentioned by the librarian written down.
