Glazhael may cause damage and loss of concentration of a spell caster when or if she collides. And the grappled effect.
(How does the grapple work? Unless she's sticky like an ooze, how does a lifeless corpse grapple?)
After an initial few second of panic, Gryrig realises that he does not actually need to concentrate on feather fall, and also that he still has a lot of his magic powers remaining (he used no spell slots in the battle). He waits until Glazhael is close enough to cast the spell again (which can be cast on "up to five falling creatures" each time [no limitation on size]) and then casts the spell on the Dragon itself. The Dragon should then slow down to the same 60ft falling speed that we are going at, meaning that relative to us it would seem stationary.
Once the immediate danger is passed, using Performance of Creation, Gryrig summons a Grappling Hook and ties it to his rope (inventory). He then throws the rope at the dragon until it catches and pulls himself across onto the Dragon. If it looks like anyone is going to be squashed below the dragon when it lands, he will also throw the rope to them to pull them across.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Duncan:
"Everyone, spread out your arms and legs and angle your body to the west!" cries Duncan, hoping to alter the trajectory of their float enough to have them avoid being hit by the plummeting dragon. True to form, the direction he calls out will make him the last to get out of the way...

As they fall from the failing floating castle, Torman holds his breath and closes his eyes tight. The whole idea of having to jump from this height, even if they were all tied together, is almost more than the dwarf can handle. But once the feather fall kicks in from Gryrig, Torman opens his eyes and the feeling of control is unfortunately short lived. The fall is no longer the issue as Glazhael is falling straight for them.
Confused for a moment, thinking through the spells he knows... he struggles trying to come up with one that will help all of them. Save them from being squashed to death by an unconscious behemoth dragon. Just as he is about to panic with his mind blank as to what to do, he figures it out. Almost chuckles as he casts his spell on himself.
The small dwarf starts to grow.. his skin takes on a palid jaundice color at first, and as his equipment and clothing start to meld together with his body, he is bright yellow - covered in feathers. His nose becomes a beak and his arms wings, as he polymorph's into a giant canary.
With the rope still tied around him and the others of his group, he uses his feet to grasp Gryrig's arm and flies the group from out of under the huge dragon.
The giant canary slips its bonds but grabs the rope with its feet. Pulling the group clear of the dragon is easy enough. Just in time, for the dragon falls past barely missing you with a whistling sound. cratering the ground below.
A minute goes by the bird that is Torman starts straining as the group regains their weight for the spell ends but with Gryrigs quick reaction casting the spell again the group makes it to the ground safely.
You find yourselves on a mountain road. A brisk chill is in the air. Other than the wind the silence is deafening.
”Well-done, good wizard. Let us look upon the dead dragon and see what we may learn,” says Duncan after his feet hit the ground. He looks warily to the sky where the flying castle plummeted to its doom.

Azzure spins around on landing, looking for the sight and location of dragonfall. He braces himself for the impact, standing in a guarded position. “Thank you Torman, that was quite invigorating. An experience of a lifetime. If you didn’t save us, we would all be as flat as a pancake right about now. Everyone alright?”

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
"Very imaginative! Well done! Now, shall we see if the dragon had anything of interest on its body, or if there is anything to salvage from the castle?"
(Presumably the dragon crashed close-by. But how far do we think the castle crash-site might be?)
Torman lands on the ground gracefully, flapping his large wings to slow his decent. As the others thank him, he nods his feathery head at each of them, and scratches a bit at the ground.
“Hey, you “tweetie bird”, you flew us quite a ways from the site, it didn’t have to be so far… can you fly us closer to have a look? Everyone game for a second flight?” Azzure braces himself with the rope.

Torman looks at Azzure as he makes his request, and remembering how he struggled with their weight when the spell was briefly removed, he starts backing away a bit and shaking his feathered head.
After getting his feet under him, Duncan says, “Walking on solid ground is good enough for me.” He looks ready to walk over to the dragon crash site, perhaps already considering what a nice shield some of those scales might make…

Gryrig agrees with Duncan. And while he himself is not a great fan of shields and armour, he can't help but think how a trophy of perhaps its horns or teeth would certainly make him a talking point the next time he stages a performance in a tavern or theatre.
The spell Torman has on him wears off as it takes an hour to get where you have a good view of the creator the dragon created 2 miles down you can see it along with a few hundred orcs, that just happened to be in their home at the bottom of the gorge. They look like ants after someone kicked an anthill from the view you have.
"On second thoughts, perhaps we should leave the Dragon's body in peace" he says, his gaze on the horde of Orcs. "Coming to think of it, we should really make our way to the crash-site of the castle. We should find out what became of the Giants and the Castle's other denizens. And there must be treasure and artifacts left there. It is our civic duty to, erm, salvage any treasure before this Orc horde investigates and it swells their coffers instead."

Technically Glazhael is now a falling object so feather fall wont work on it. And its falling on top of you.

(To be fair, this could be a lot worse. At least it's a dead dragon, not a live one coming after us and breathing fire!)
@Duncan Though a nice attempt The groups trajectory under the dragon, stays the same. And you somehow yoyo wrapping yourself in the rope.

The castle rapidly descends northward and a loud crash can be heard about 40seconds later, long after it disappears from view.
The dragon cratered a mile away to the west and 2 miles down a gorge.

"Yes, let us head on to the castle, I don't have any real care about a dead dragon's body." Kat agrees as she too looks over the large number of orcs.
Torman just looks over the crater's edge and gives a low whistle as he watches the ant-like orcs check out the huge body of the dragon.
