A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Seeing the scrag evade his fireball, but also seeing the success of his companions, Torman closes to 100' and launches another, less impressive, bolt of flame at the creature.
Torman grunts, half in frustration and half in relief. If he can still see it, he launches a bolt of flame in it's direction. If not, flames gather once more around his hand, ready for it to appear.
The crew had moved the ship longboat far away from the edge of the Ice, took an Iron pin from the base of the mast and gently lowered the pole to the ground. They turned the hull to its side to shelter from the wind, and from the seen sea trolls eyes A campfire now exists inside the tarp of the shelter.
Duncan continues to dash towards the last known location of the foe.
(Having trouble visualizing the scene. Duncan tried at the beginning of the battle to stay between the edge of the ice and the Skrags to keep them from getting away, and it is now attacking the ship and slipping away into water that should be a long way away. Could we get a tactical update on the relative positions of the battle participants and the solid ice vs open water locations?)

In the right place at the right time, Duncan slashes at the foe as it emerges, though the ferocity of his companions’ attacks look more than sufficient to kill the Scrag.

With the onslaught you knock it out, the scrag slides under the waves. You see it float under the Ice, the current seems to be taking, the lifeless? form towards the boat.
Looking at his blade of Radiant Energy, Duncan says, “Oh, right, the purges the unholy, but does not technically burn. Someone fry that thing” as he glides over the water and interposes himself between the floating Scrag and the boat.

Torman is happy to oblige, launching several bolts of flame into each corpse that he can see. He then flats back down to the ice and sets about ritually casting his spell to provide a more secure and comfortable shelter for those that will fit inside.
Gryrig ist grateful for the warmth and shelter and will gladly rest. He is just happy that fighting these things did not involve having to actually swim in the icy water
You take your long rest, a show of northern lights are beautiful. Morning comes, breakfast of hard tack and biscuits, is served, then the captain starts shouting orders, getting things ready to go. He looks to you.
Duncan continues to move and dash towards the Scrag!
