Mist takes a step back and motions over his shoulder as he telepathically sends Tuk ahead to where Kraven is emerging from the shaft. His eyes flash green and he prepares an eldritch blast for the first monster to show itself.
Eldritch blast - Attack: 17 Damage: 12 force damage
(EDIT: Forgot Tuk can only attack if Mist doesn't...)

Druquilla lets out a curse in Orcish hearing Kraven's warning before pulling her bow off her shoulder, knocking an arrow, and taking aim at where Kraven had return from waiting for the first creature to appear.
Longbow Attack: 26 Damage: 11 plus 3 swarm damage.
Both attacks hit the cloud golem as it floats down to your level, once everyone takes their turn, or tomorrow morning I will post the cloud golem's next turn.
The Cloud Golem lands on the ground as Kraven throws his two daggers at it, just as Gintarou wings his sword, to cut through nothing as the cloud dissipates into nothing.
"Cirrus-ly? I thought that fight was going to be hard as hail! Everyone ok? Kraven, what's your stratus? I was gonna try to jump on that thing's back and ride it up here but I guess I'll have to make dew..." Mist snorts with laughter as he approaches the base of the wall where the golem emerged.
He whirls to face the party and winks as he casts misty step and disappears, reappearing an instant later in the shaft 30 feet above.
With hands on hips he looks down at everyone disapprovingly.
"Nothing?? Everyone's a critic! My humor is thoroughly thunder-appreciated..." he mutters as he turns to look further down the shaft.
Kraven looks around a little confused, "OK, so that was not as bad as I thought, and I might have been frightened a bit when it grabbed my leg. Sorry." At which point Kraven flies back up with the rope and a piton out to attach to the top of the shaft so everyone can climb up.

Gintarou stumbles a step or two forward as his sword cuts through the empty space. " … Strange. I remember that these smoky guys were a bit tougher back then. " Scratching his head, the warrior unsheathes the weapon. " The shaft is dangerous. Mist, can you send your little demon to … Mist? Mist! " For a moment, he thinks that Mist has become invisible too. Then Gintarou finds the halfling looking down at them from above. " Oh come! At least take my rope with you! How should I support you from here!" Shaking his head, the giant decides to climb the shaft by himself.

(Nat1!) Gintarou slides down like a miserable fat bull. " Spirits damn it! Today's definitely not my day! "
If you fail please make a total of 3 checks. Also I'll say seeing as Kraven set up the rope make each with advantage, except Gintarou's first one, because it's funny.
Druquilla lets out a pained groan at Mist's horrible puns as she shakes her head but her mood is lifted by Gintarou's first failed attempt at climbing. After his second more successful attempt Druquilla takes up the rope and makes her attempt.

Cool everyone made it by by the end of the third round.
Strewn about the broken columns is a collection of items taken from the victims of cloud golem abductions. It is mostly junk, but you do find 15 gold holy symbols of the Oarsman (1 gp each), half a dozen sleeping rolls, heaps of rotten fruit and fish, broken glass, and a petrified head. The head is of a young man, broken off at the neck, mouth agape with fear. Someone make DC 14 Medicine check.

"See? I knew it! All this 'Oarsman guide us' and 'Oarsman protect us' bunk... The man ascended to godhood! Why would he give half a shake about the lives of pilgrims and worshippers? It's all tripe and hogswallop. Dunno why any eternal, omnipotent, omniscient, omnivorous being would pay attention to any of us."
Mist kicks one of the holy symbols just as he notices the petrified head.

Gintarou picks up one of the holy symbols and shakes head sadly. " … I have no idea. My master, an old warrior monk once told me that deities feed on our belief just like we eat vegetables and meats. That's why they gather followers and faith. The more they eat the more they become strong… but the Oarsman talked to us. Either he is really caring of his people or just tending the crops, the Oarsman isn't an unconcerned god. Let's keep going. He wants us to do some jobs. And it's probably related to the stone we seek."
"Still not convinced that wasn't some kind of mass-hallucination brought on by altitude sickness... But as you say, we've got a job to do. Let's get it done and be gettin' out of this godsforsaken place,"Mist grumbles as he picks up some of the holy symbols and tosses them to Gintarou to put in the bag.
" Shit… " Gintarou gasps as he takes a close look at the statue. Experience of decapitating people for years gave him a special insight toward human heads. " On shit! This is… this isn't just a sculpture! It's a human head turned into stone! What kind of sorcery can do sucha horrible thing!"

Kraven finally lands behind Gintarou and unleashes a couple of psychic dagger at the creature.
Psychic dagger 1: Attack: 25 Damage: 9
Psychic dagger 2: Attack: 12 Damage: 7
Sneak Attack Damage: 5 (Not sure I get this as I don;t think currently anyone is in melee range of the creature, but just in case.)
"Looks like we won the lottery! " Gintarou draws his great sword. He waits till the cloud golem downs to their level and slashes at it's body.

Gintarou recognizes the statue is too life-like to have been carved. It could only be a real head turned to stone.
Kraven there is nothing else in this room.
