I would like to point out that I currently have the party split, with 2 or 3 down the far most hall, 1 in the middle hall with the tracks, two in the side chamber with the chest, and the other 2 or 3 still in the main chamber.
Mist flips the clasp and opens the chest to look inside with Aubric.
(Are two the chests in alcoves to the south [west on the new, reoriented map] sitting open and empty or have we been ignoring them?)
They were empty when you got in.
Inside the chest rests a neatly folded robe of miraculous make - woven of dense black silk and embroidered with tiny glittering stars across the shoulders and chest.
Halfway down the new hallway Kraven hears Zandeyr call out to regroup, he shrugs his shoulder, lets out a little chirp and then silently continues down the hallway to the next corner to peek around.
Tordek, slightly nervous, investigates the main chamber, when he sees rest of the party split and run into different places, he stays back. It is not a good idea to be so reckless, we should stay together thinks he. When he hears Zandeyr, he is relieved and rushes to meet the rest of the party.
Gintarou walks backwards to the center of the chamber to regroup with his party. "Zenix and the Elf lady find the stairs to the next floor in the far left hall. Kraven has just seen a big pool in the next hall. Unless you're dying for a bath, I don't recommend you to step in that water. Now we checked most of the room in this floor. Except…" The warrior takes a glance at the last wooden door that remains shut. "…That one"
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"Is there something in the water?" Druquilla inquiries. "It would be foolish not to check it out at some point, it would be a good place to hide something quickly, but lets see what is behind this door first."
After returning the arrow she had nocked back into her quiver, and shouldering her bow, Druquilla will step up to the door and if she sees nothing suspicious about it will try the handle to check if it is locked.
Druquilla steps forward and takes the door handle while Mist and Gintarou still are discussing who will knock the door. " Ha! Looks like the lady has bigger ball than both of us." Gintarou shakes his head and laughs. He stands behind Druquilla. If something dangerous is inside the room, the warrior will pull her back and shields her with his own body.
"Not sure what toys have to do with anything but she certainly knows how to get things done while we goof about!" Mist chuckles and elbows Gintarou in the leg.
A dead body blackened by flame, lays near the center of the room in the middle of a sooty black scorch mark. A longsword rests in the body’s hand, but everything else is burned beyond recovery. A stone statue stands guard in the room, depicting the fierce visage of a celestial guardian.

"Ooh! I quite like this. Rochambeau you for it, Baldy-Face?" Mist grins wickedly back at Aubric.

Yea I am not going anywhere near that water at the moment, Kraven thinks and then retraces his steps to join the others, informing them of the pool.

At Aubric's hesitation, Mist snatches the robe up and stuffs it in his pack before rejoining the others in the main chamber.
"Just some old rags in there. What'd you poor sods find out here?"

Grinning at the huge man, Mist says, "Alright, then. You want to knock or should I?"

The door opens with out a problem.
