Feeling that the sorcerer was the source of the lightning and now that he is closer, in melee range, Kuatho moves to attack. He uses his spear and a kick to the middle, but then with the use of ki and a flurry of blows, kicks him again and moves his other hand over his chitinous torso, giving himself healing. (Hand of healing replacing one of the flurry of blows attacks.)
Spear to sorcerer : Attack: 10 Damage: 12 piercing damage.

Then he will turn his head, change colors to a silver as he casts misty step
The other merrow that attacked last round will attack two at Varlan, 2 at Jecob, 1 at Kuatho. the other 4 will again hold a turn to move and attack anyone that is trying to leave, which will come up for 1 of them with Kraven.

Clearly frustrated, Mist doubles down and gives the caster everything he's got (as much or as little as that may be).
Action: Mind sliver -Int save DC 16 or take 8 psychic damage and subtract 1d4from the next saving throw he makes before the end of my next turn. Bonus: Tentacle of the Deeps - Attack: 17 Damage: 3 cold + slow etc.

He disappears from view and moments later appears beside the caster, instantly striking at him. If the blows kill him, then Varlan runs back to the group, ready to attack the weakest of the enemies next round.
"Run now, or face the same fate!" he shouts.

Varlan nods in approval to Mist. "Run now, or face the same fate!" he shouts.
The he turns his attention to the weakest of his assailants, striking twice.
