How far is Zorn from the others? As they have been dashing and he has been moving stealthily, I am unsure where everyone is in relation to anyone else. If anyone is close to Zorn he could move within 30 feet, letting them start to take advantage of his pass without trace. If not, then he simply continues moving onward as quietly as possible.
I'm going to say that between moving quietly and the others scattering, I would say Komos is 15ft ahead of Zorn, Skarro and Varn are 60ft away to the sides.
Varn, going the way he did, actually sees two of the eyes in the trees. They snap to his location. While there was no way to truly avoid the Hunter's gaze and shaking the Hunter's focus was the only way to "Hide", it was clear that Varn failed to do that and the Hunter has both him and Komos in focus. (Stealth was too low sadly.)

Skarro feels the eyes move off from him briefly and tries to hide before holding up the armour and traveling northwest again.
Either the hunter won't notice him and he will circle closer or, more likely, his lack of stealth will attract the attention away from his friends and he will once more try to assess the distance to the hunter based on the direction from which the noise and arrows are coming.
Skarro takes cover behind another tree but again he realizes the Hunter is focusing on him. While none of the Kobolds managed to shake the Hunter's focus, they are now far away from each other. This should make it harder for the Hunter to keep track of them all.
Zorn continues moving stealthily. Komos, if you go stealthy now as well, you can benifit from pass without trace as well, so add 10 to your stealth attempt.

Komos will keep moving up, staying one tree over from Zorn; enough to stay within range of his magic, but just far enough so they aren't right next to each other. Taking a deep breath he'll try to move more carefully, following the others. ((stealth 14))
Feeling stuck again, Varn decides to resume his previous plan. Once again, he conjures a fire not far from himself, and will make the next step shortly...
Skarro tries a different tack. He knows that the Hunter's attention can only be in one place. Instead of moving while he knows he is the focus he searches for some nearby cover, then makes ready to run there when the Hunter is next distracted, using the armour as an obstacle.
Look for cover within a short distance NW.
Readied action: Run to next cover when he feels the Hunter's attention is elsewhere.
If he moves and is shot at, then try to assess difference in angle and hence location of hunter.
Skarro and Varn stay put with their own plans.Varn lights another tree on fire but the Hunter is not bothered by the smoke or the flames. It keeps trying to keep every enemy pin-pointed.
From his cover, Varn blows magically enhanced winds on the fire. They aren't powerful, but they're well directed, to cause the flames to dance at his will. However, they do not stop when he does, and continue to circle around the bonfire. Slowly, the flames begin to take a vague shape, closely resembling a Kobold. A few seconds after, within the Hunter's line of sight, forms a flaming Kobold-looking figure, which does not move from its place, but in there, moves like a living creature, mostly its hands, and might even seem like a caster who tries to cast some complicated spell... for those with a rich imagination.
In case this causes the Hunter to shoot the flames, Varn will run towards a cover in the Hunter's direction. Otherwise, he'll wait a bit longer, with one more trick up his sleeve he hopes to try.
Varn conjures up a flame version of himself. While it is charming the Hunter doesn't seem to be tricked by it. It keeps its aim on Skarro and Varn.
Meanwhile Komos and Zorn have almost moved so far ahead away that they are on the edge of Varn and Skarro's Darkvision. Should they continue moving, they will no longer be able to see their friends.
Skarro continues to bide his time. His superior vision in darkness allows him to track his companions a little longer, but he begins to rethink his plans. It's probably best to keep them in sight -- they may need his help. He resolves that when they are approaching the limits of his vision he will move, whether or not the Hunter has been distracted by then. Grasping the armour, he looks for nearby eyes again then squints in the direction of Varn, wondering what he will try next.

Feeling the eyes on him, Komos ducks down behind a tree and dodges, watching his friends move.

Varn now tries to blend in with the surroundings and shake the Hunter's focus off him.
Stealth: 8.

Komos manages to give the Hunter the slip. At least for now. Though if he stays in one place too long, he'll be found again. Zorn continues to move.
Skarro and Varn's turn.
Feeling stuck again, Varn decides to resume his previous plan. Once again, he conjures a fire not far from himself, and will make the next step shortly...

Skarro will spend the next minute waiting for an opportunity to move on when the Hunter is no longer focused on him.
(( Just FYI: if the focus never changes, then after a minute he will do another move+dash ))
Komos will just keep sneaking along with Zorn, close enough to feel the magical silence around him.

(( I think Skarro is biding his time and everyone else is proceeding, by the looks of it ))
