Lia heads towards the other cottage with the others. “Hey, before we go in...You know, I spend most of my time out in the wilds alone! Is anyone good with people?... .. If they’re already reticent to speak, I don’t want to mess up our chances! I can be rather... blunt!”. She looks shyly around the group.
Then she thinks a second, ”Although, Kathrine, would your boon work here too?!...”.
Lia looks over, a little taken aback and caught off guard, “Hey, Calos, that’s very nice of you to say but... ..Oh!.. Ha!... you know you really are quite the charmer, aren’t you?!”. She continues wandering onwards beside Calos. “I’ll tell you what, we’ll try it your way first! But if that doesn’t work then maybe we give blunt a go! Ahah!”, she says, chuckling to herself.
"Let's set up a new bond then." Kathrine says, using Emboldening bond on herself and Calos. "I am also good with people, so we should make a good pair on this."
As you come over the little hill you arrive at a small cabin. This snow-covered cabin looks peaceful and quiet from the outside. Its windows are shuttered, and a steady stream of smoke piping out of the chimney indicates a roaring fire within.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"About that..." Calos says, his eye twitching a bit. "I'm sure you know about that whole disease thing going around. We're part of a group looking into that, maybe find a way to stop it from killing everybody. I'm sure you know one thing or another, it'd be really nice if you were to cooperate. Open up and we'll talk a bit; doors are boring to talk to."
You hear a slow shuffle growing steadily louder. About a minute passes when you hear the door unlock and slowly creek open. "Come in I guess but don't get too comfortable", Tulgi says.
As you enter the heat in this small cabin hits like a hammer blow. A table set with neatly stacked dishes, tools, and utensils stands at the center of the room. The smell of a simmering soup comes from a pot hanging inside a roaring fireplace. Another fire burns in an iron brazier at the opposite end of the room, filling the cabin with a smoky haze. Shivering at the end of a bed near the brazier is a dwarf wrapped in blankets. Bulging blue veins streak her face, neck, and hands.
Kathrine moves in, keeping her distance from the sick person as she looks around the room. She will be sympathetic and friendly, while Calos continues to be the main person talking with the woman. (Giving the help action.)
"We'll try and keep it short - have you been to Eiselcross? That's where Urgon seems to have gotten his sickness from. Any places in particular that might've been notable?"
"Well, you can let me die in peace is what you can do to help me unless you have a cure for this." Tulgi retorts with obvious disdain. "All I know is I have the same thing that Urgon had. As for Eiselcross, I've never been there. It's already too damn cold for me here."
Bides, who had stayed silent for some time, finally decides to speak.
"I think going to see Urgon would be the wise choice of action here."

"Agree, let's go see this other cottage, then we can check out the shop." Kathrine agrees.

Mila clears her throat a little, "I forgot to mention that Pelc's was robbed a few weeks ago. Maybe Verla Pelc can give you more details."
"That's good to know." Calos would say. "I guess we'll head there after."
He glances to the others. "Shall we head to pay a visit to... what was her name... Tulgi?"
Lia agrees. She will follow the two bonded party members but let them lead the charge on this one initially.

"Take the lead Calos." Kathrine nods to the door. "I will back you up as we start talking with her."
Calos knocks on the door.
"Ms. Tulgi? Are you in?"
From the other side of the door you hear a muffled yet stern voice shout to you, "Go away and let me die in peace".
"About that..." Calos says, his eye twitching a bit. "I'm sure you know about that whole disease thing going around.
