Sorry, SHE. LOL. I said "He". My bad. Sorry, Briarfang.
Viscerios' howl roars through the whole village as the massive creature falls as you all coordinate your all out attack, and doesn't move again. He gives a great sigh, remains motionless for a few moments - then explodes into a black, fine mist - disappearing.
Well done, everyone. Where to next?

Lilitu was looking for the Burgomaster's Home before the battle started so now that its over will go back to looking for it and find out what the invitation was all about, etc.
Martha breathes deeply as the light shield dissipates. She places a hand on Lilitu’s shoulder, “I believe it would be a good idea to ask some of the natives here where the home may be. If we walk around carelessly, we may encounter more trouble. Plus they might have those soft scones in the tavern, what do you say?”

Briella, not only is the sobbing woman gone, but there is a picture on the wall in the dark room that you didn't notice before.
Two people in this photo - more like...a snapshot in time. It's you. It's a picture of you, looking lovingly at a man who looks like a very depressed looking paladin. You appear to be trying to comfort him, but you can see the pain on his face, slowly turning to anger.

If we walk around carelessly, we may encounter more trouble. Plus they might have those soft scones in the tavern, what do you say?”
Lilitu recoils from being touched and steps away wiping the spot on her shoulder vigorously that was touched, "MARTHA, MARTHA, MARTH, don't touch me MARTHA... I don't like to be touched by people whose name start with the M letter... it comes after L letter don't you know and L stands for Lilitu and Loocinda! As for the house... elementary... it will be the biggest house in town... one of those McMansions don't you know... sigh, another M letter word. bloody hell!"
"Miss Mary, are you in here?" Briella calls out the empty room. She begins looking around for any kind of escape route or hiding place that the lady might be hiding. She pauses when she sees the photo. 'Oh what is that, a picture of the family?'She moves toward the picture, taking a closer look at the figures. 'That's strange that looks like me and-'
"Varis?" She whispers, eyes widening in realization. Taking another look at the photo she begins to realize something. 'No, no this is all wrong. I remember this moment. This was just after he had taken his Oath, he was so happy so proud to join, he wasn't...why is he looking at me like that?'
"I-I...What is this?"She slowly backs away from the photo, away from the accusing face. Bumping into the wolf beside her she reaches down to clutch at creatures fur for comfort, her grip hard enough to almost hurts the poor thing.
"B-Briarfang lets go. I don't want to be here anymore." She whispers, almost whimpers, at the wolf, that lets out its own whine of discomfort. They both begin moving toward the door, Briella not taking her eyes off the photo.
OOC > Been mowing and raking leaves all day. I assume Kia did not get a chance to go through with her Attack (and therefore still has her Ki point)?
Kia inspects the dusty remnants of the wolf, then looks up to watch Briella go back to Mary’s house. “We will be with you presently,” she says to the rest, and follows Briella, meeting her as she comes back downstairs, ashen.
Once she is convinced there is no immediate danger, she accompanies Briella and her wolf in search of the party and the Burgomaster’s house.

ey/em/eirs, or they/them works, too (just not he). Role-playing since that keep on those borderlands. I love it so.
A weary-looking mansion squats behind a rusting iron fence. The iron gates are twisted and torn. The right gate lies cast aside while the left swings crazily in the wind. The stuttering squeal and clang of the gate repeats with mindless precision. Weeds choke the grounds and press with menace upon the house itself. Yet, against the walls, the growth has been trodden under to form a path all about the domain. Heavy claw markings have stripped the once-beautiful finish of the walls. Great black blottings tell of the fires that have assailed the walls. Not a pane nor shard of glass stands in any window. All the windows are barred with heavy planking, each plank marked with stains of evil omen.
There is a huge door knocker on the front door, barely on it's hinges.

Briella is immediately going to give Briarfang kisses and cuddles.
Then she is going to return to the house to check the sobbing woman.
"Let's see if we can find this burgomaster, would like to know more about what is going on here."
The sobbing woman is gone. Perception check, please.

What's weird is that he's looking right at you.
To the Burgomaster's house, then? I assume?
Martha still shows a smile even as she sighs, “Alright, Bors, could you show me and Lilitu around?”

Briella, bravo. Great in character moment. Inspiration for you.
Unless anyone objects, are you all heading to the Burgomaster's house?
OOC: My vote is yes

No, she did great. Ki point used up. There is no immediate danger, but the Burgomaster's house beckons. Everyone meets back up, and off we go.
