With the drop is water level, it is easy to see the walk path around the vampire fish pool and avoid the hungry swimmers.

You stand before a door as before, it looks like the rest, with a push plate. The door has no obvious traps or triggers, just a few boring worms. You feel like you have been here before. 

Ilyara glared at the offending doors for a moment, then slipped her Boon of Father Christmas off its spot on her clothes for a moment and held it up to the door.

"In the name of the saviors of Christmas, I command you to open!"

..."What?" she asked, looking back at the others.  "Don't cost nothing to try..."

There is no change and the door does not open.

 OOC: Please refresh my memory, this was the furthest we had gotten in the Russian nesting doors, right? Was this one wood, or had we finally reached an iron door? You say no traps/triggers, and a push plate. Am I correct in presuming that means no lock?

OOC: Yes, correct, you are at the doors. I believe Ilyara is standing before the first.

They are not exactly nesting, they are about 10 feet apart and you remember they were difficult to open (STR 22)  but closed on their own.

"So.  Here's a notion.  No idea how good it is, but it's a notion.  We got no idea what's at the end a'this mess of nestin' doors, except that it gets hotter the closer we get.  Nobody liked that.  Now we got no way to progress except to punch through, but maybe we can do it smarter.  What if Tootsie pitches her tent back here, at the entrance, and then she and Tallboots or I sticks in it?  That way if there's a giant fireblast or a bunch of magma or whatever, the tent keeps at least two've us safe and we can try and rush out once the evil's done to save the other two?  Kinna hedge our bets, make sure whatever nasty buggery this damn mountain pulls next can't get all of us.  Maybe the beginnin's of a plan?"

No traps other than they close on their own, and become progressively more banded in metal. You did not open the third door.
