OOC: we found a hive of giant honey bees behind a false wall in Henry’s chamber. We haven’t explored it yet, we came here to see what we could find first.

"I thought we were thinking we'd let the bees be unless we had no other option since they didn't seem hostile to us and were just running like a normal beehive, just living really really large. But sobe it."

“So do we wanna leave this place, or explore either the drain below or the beehive just to see what’s there to see?”

“What do you think Ely?”

"I'm not real excited about disturbing the bees; they are innocent natural creatures, not abominations like many things we have encountered.  Not that I'm excited about exploring down there, given the sword's warning and the possibility of being trapped.  But maybe we should investigate here first despite that."

“Any other ideas?”

Tommary the Unworthy squats into his homage to the Gift of the Wind Carver, Rodan, "Hmmm.  I'm can lead the way on a redescent maybe with the longer rope I can get a better look at what we're dealing with.  Do we have another rope and space in the hatch for a second line or do we all get strung up together?"

When Tommary starts to descend, his sword gives a bzzt bzzt warning at about the halfway mark. If he tosses down another coin it plunks into the green goop below.

Tommary the Unworthy sends message to Toots, "At the trouble zone, float a light for me?"

Tommary inches his way closer and closer to the bottom with more intense vibrations from his sword. The buzzing reaches a fever pitch 5 feet above the green carpet.

Presuming Toots is mage handing a lite coin ahead of him, can Tommary the Unworthy yet Floated a Coin discern whether this is algae or ooze?  Nature 16

Yes, toots floats a light coin as far down as her mage hand will allow.
