Improvised attacks, and I don't think Tommary is proficient in anything on the weapons list like a flask, so attack with no proficiency bonus, if either of these hit, and someone lights it up, additional 5 fire damage (unclear to if that's a one timer or goes for the ten turns it takes to dry out, though I think it's 5 fire per round as long as at least one attack hits it with fire each round.

If either of those hit, I think it takes 7 sneak attack damage.

After all this, Tommary will use the remainder of his 40' flourish movement to disengage sidestep, to the left of the map, putting him behind and below the spider.

The skeleton is badly damaged and the green mass has a dried out section blasted into it. The dried bits look like the mold on the floor in other parts of this area.

It seems to ignore the Bells (only because it made its save).

 The crustacean type creature emerging from the slit in the jelly membrane is covered in oil as well as a portion of the green mass.

OOC: Sorry; yesterday was a busy work day, and by the time I got home I was wiped out.  All next week will be crazy busy for me, but I'll do my best to keep up.  I'll update E's HP once this post goes through and I know what her Dex save is.

Bleeding too freely, Elyona takes a deep breath and attacks once more.  First target is remaining skeleton; if she drops it with her first attack, the second attack will be against the crustacean; if (only if) that is her target on the second attack, she will also spend a first level spell slot for a divine smite.

Do I correctly understand that it took both of E's attacks to down the skeleton?  Asking so I know whether or not I need to mark off a spell slot.

In any event, Elyona will disengage* and move out of the acid area--back behind where Ilyara is shown--on her next turn. (taking too much damage to stay put)

*I'm presuming that the crustacean and/or the green block is in range, and so E would provoke an OA unless she disengages as her action.  If that's not the case, let me know and she'll move and opt for a different action.

 Just the attacks were sufficient, no spell slot needed.

Toots takes a swipe at the crustacean with rave, hoping to fell it- (Attack: 18 Damage: 18). “HYAH!!” She then runs back to stand besides Ely out of the acid pool. Then, with her bonus action, she whirls her lute around causing her spiritual weapon to attack the slime- (Attack: 16 Damage: 15). “Take THAT!”

With the party clear, Tommary the Unworthy Quarterback sets up the bomb at the crustacean's hex.  DC 12 dex save for everything within 5 feet of the hex or take [roll]3d6[/roll] fire damage + possibly 5 fire from the oil splattered on them.
