On Toots’ turn she will turn off the illusion on her Glamerweave and exit the room. She will also ready her action to cast Mind Sliver* as soon as she can see any creature other than one of her party members.

*(DC 15 Int Save or take 7 psychic damage and subtract 1 from its next Saving Throw.)

The creatures make an attack of opportunity.

Unfortunate there is no way for me to not know the result of your attack roll here, so I have to ask if Toots can use her Cutting Words feature here to reduce the attack roll? I know that would also preclude Toots taking the ready action, but she likely wouldn’t have had that chance anyway so I’d rather Cutting Words if allowed. And if so then she would also cast Chill Touch where she suspects the enemy as soon as she is out of reach and then finish her movement.

Tommary grunts with effort to spill the contents of the bowl in the center of the room. It splashes out loudly and nearly knocks some of you off your feet. The disturbance seems to activate the fluid and causes it to fluoresce. everybody south of the bowl gets splashed to the knees. You are all somewhat visible in the darkness.

Seeing the creature distracted, Toots dances out of the way insulting its ancestry and poor hygiene. It fails to slash her thigh open.

The creature has glowing liquid on it and attacks against it are no longer at disadvantage.

In that case Toots will first use her bonus action to cast hex on it (Strength Checks), and then cast chill touch Attack: 26 Damage: 8 necrotic damage.
