Balasar picks up the figurine, "Someone probably made this for their child," he said, "If we can, we should find the rightful owner." Balasar considers the figurine again, wondering if the party would ever find that child.
“Or it was used as a way marker for the mines here. Possibly to guide to the different deposits or tunnels. Seems odd that it’s set up so nicely when the Speaker said this was evacuated in essence.”
You walk through a short tunnel. at the end, wooden planks and struts form a walkway along the wall of a seemingly bottomless vertical shaft. A narrow waterfall cascades down the northeast wall, and the sound of rushing water is loud in the confined space.
Yeah, it's roughly 6 in tall. Nothing attached to it, unless it's non-corporeal.
Anya studies the figure. "Do you think we can take the eyes? They're probably worth some money"
(of course, you could sell the figure itself.)

Anya sighs. She wouldn't say no to the extra money if only Balasar didn't want to give it back. "Let's keep going then."
Balasar turns to Anya as he slides the figurine into his pack.
"If we do not find its owner," he says, "Then you may have it." He turns back to the passage before them, "Let's proceed with caution."
(The group proceeds. Same positions )

"Hold Up. we better check that, I know it shouldn't be that old but you never know"
Hrothbert walks up to the close end of the bridge and inspects the Ropes and boards for fraying or damage.

Balasar looks over the edge of the seemingly "bottomless" pit before the party, careful to not let his rather large frame get too close to the edge.
"Rhys," he finally spoke, "would your hawk friend be able to see what may be in this pit without endangering himself?"
"I don't think he can hear us, but I'll call him back," Anya says and pinches Rhys again.
You see
2 kobolds under the walkway, slowly sawing away at it.
Nope!
Hrothbert steps back and whispers "Balasar we have a problem." Pointing to the kobolds cutting the bridge away.
Assuming they are within reach
He then takes a swing at the nearest one with his sword (1 handed). (Attack to hit: 16 Hit:3)
If not within reach Hrothbert Yells as loud as he can hoping to started the kobolds into falling. (Intimidation?:7 and Proficiency if it counts is +2)

Balasar's draconic eyes narrow as he readies his staff.
Hrothbert's blade strikes one of the kobolds under the bridge. With a scream, it tumbles into the pit.
Balasar takes aim at the other kobold with his quarterstaff.
Attack with Quaterstaff 9 damage if hit 6
Balasar's strike lands firmly in the remaining kobold's chest, knocking it to its doom.
Balasar watches as the kobold falls to its doom, wondering why they would be trying to take out what looked like the only bridge over this pit.
OOC: Balasar wants tpo know how badly the kobolds damaged the bridge.
