"Poor woman" Durthon comments to the rest of the party "should we go and offer to find her daughter?"

Thariv decides it may not be wise to be talking openly of overthrowing the local dictator, even if he weren't a vampire. Despite his distaste for the weeping he'd heard, it did seem to be a chance to perhaps learn something more about this odd town. And the chunk of coral he carried seemed to respond to the idea, seeming to pulse in response to his thoughts. 

He turns to Durthon. "Perhaps we should go see to this Mad Mary after all," he says. "At least find out more about this Barovia place, eh? Let's finish our drinks first, though."

He looks to the rest of the group. "What do you say?"

Reelq raises brow as he listens to what is being said, his tail twitching a bit as he looks to his companions and nods. "That sounds like a plan. Perhaps while we are at it, we should look for a store to stock up on supplies."

Durthon finishes his ale in a big gulp and smiles at Thariv "ready to go then."

Randall nods and takes one last sip of their ale, leaving the rest on the counter. "Sounds like a plan! Ready when everyone else is." Once everyone else is ready, Randall will lead the way out of the tavern and to the townhouse where Mad Mary supposedly is.

Thariv quickly finishes up his drink and heads out with the others.

You pop out and head to the house.

'My Child! My child! She's going to die if she isn't already!'

Durthon walks towards the wailing woman "evening, we could not help but hear you. Could you tell us more about what happened to your child?"

If the woman is able to talk, Durthon would continue asking more questions about the missing child. When did you last saw her? How old is she? What is she doing that she is in such a danger? and so on.

Randall asks the woman, "Do you have any idea where she might have gone? Did she have any places that she liked to frequent that she might have gone to?"
