For example, if someone cast Crown of Madness on a half-elf, it's pretty direct the effect of Fey Ancestry on this: The Helf will roll the ST with advantage. But what I wanna know is if it will work on the subsequent rolls: "You have advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can’t put you to sleep." F. A. "Also, the target can make a Wisdom saving throw at the end of each of its turns. On a success, the spell ends." C. of M.
My guts is trying to tell me that will work normally on the subsequent rolls Although is not what I see when I read, I mean, you were already charmed so you are not being charmed anymore -> You are not resisting to being charmed, you are trying to break free from it. Right!?
Anyway, I am kind of lost... Can anyone help me please?
I agree with your interpretation. Effects usually say when they are prolonged something like "You have advantage against all saving throws to resist or remove the charmed condition."
