Hello fellow DMs, I'm new at DMing one of my PCs want to play a Wild Magic Sorcerer and i was wondering do I as the DM chose the targets to the wild magic spells IE "5th Level Magic Missile" and stuff like that
The caster gets to pick the targets unless the Wild Magic Surge table says otherwise.
