I'm playing as a cat-folk in our game which has soft fall and i'm also a monk which unlocked slow fall. When I fall am I allowed to stack the abilities or are the separate?
By my understanding they are two different abilities, though they do offer the same results. One of them is a Resistance bonus where as the other is a Reaction ability. With that being the case, they should stack. Similar to how a Barbarian of the Bear Totem can have resistance to fire damage and then save vs a fire spell and only take 1/4 damage.
I misread the ability, both the Catfolk Soft Fall and the Monk Slow Fall are reaction abilities. You only have one reaction per turn so it would be impossible to stack them.

There's no official cat-folk race so you're going to have to link to whatever homebrew you're using.
