I am very new to 5e, I'm used to Pathfinder, but I'm having trouble finding a good resource for information on how multiclassing in 5e works. I'm looking to potentially create a grave domain cleric with just a small level dip into wizard for access to some basic spells, particularily disguise self and other similar illusions. Yes, I am aware I could just take the trickery domain instead for access to disguise self but it's rather thematically important that I keep the grave domain on this character, and I don't really care for any aspect of the trickery domain other than the one spell. Are there any other ways to gain access to disguise self/similar spells as a non-trickery cleric? Cany yall help out a 5e newbie?
Besides taking a level (or 3) in the appropriate class, the Magic Initiate feat will give you access to a 1st level spell once per day, and a generous DM might let you start with a hat of disguise.
EDIT: If your DM is ok with it, you could also be a Glasya tiefling, or if you're playing an Eberron game, be a changeling.

Gloom stalker Ranger can get disguise self. It is also WIS dependant. And has bonuses to stealth and melee attacks.
You can find the multiclassing rules here.
