is there some Data about Dragon Bones of the different Dragon kinds? Are there rules about the worth of them or what you can craft from them?
Do the bones have some special traits comeing from the different breath attacks (for example acid, ice, fire, etc.) or alingment of the dragons? Is there any "canon Lore" about this topic? Or would I have to homebrew something?
Inherent Magical Resonance Dragon bones, even after death, retain traces of the dragon's innate magic. The age, type, and power of the dragon determine how potent the bones are.
Ancient Red Dragon Bones might radiate heat or smoldering embers.
Ancient Silver Dragon Bones could hum with cold or divine energy.
Material for Magic Item Crafting
Can be used to craft powerful items like:
Wands, Staffs, or Rods: Amplifying spells related to the dragon’s breath weapon or element.
Armor/Weapons: Dragon bone armor might grant resistance to the dragon’s associated damage type. Weapons made from them could bypass certain resistances or deal additional elemental damage.
Bone Charms/Talismans: Worn items for protection against fear effects, draconic magic, or to enhance charisma checks with dragons.
Necromantic Uses Dragon bones are often sought after by necromancers for:
Animating as Bone Dragons/Dracoliches
Crafting undead constructs or bone golems
Components for spells like Create Undead, Circle of Death, or custom rituals
As for crafting, upon seeing this thread I had a delicious idea for dragon bone broth.
Crack dragon bones, pouring marrow into a large cauldron. Cook on medium heat for three hours, seasoning with ground bone meal. Serve warm, preferably with a side of crispy fried dragon thigh and a delicious dragon brain gelato.

Straight WotC lore/ rules/ mechanics- not really. Obviously there is a lot of lore about dragons from the various editions some might even include a tiny bit about bones. About crafting or magic properties I would forget it. Third party products might possibly have something useful. That said, from a structural engineering view point they might be rather strange things. Given the fact that the largest organic flying creatures we know of were the large pterosaurs like Quetzacoutlus which had a 40’ wingspan and was about 15’ tall with a weight below 500#. That makes it about the size of a wyrmling white dragon. For comparison an ancient gold dragon could be 120’ long with a 140’ wingspan and ( supposedly) a weight of over 1,000,000 pounds making it the size of a Boeing 737 but at least 5 times heavier ( I would cut the dragon weight down to something roughly the same as the jet personally). Pterosaurs had hollow bones with internal structural bracing for strength. Having the bones laced with metallic fibers or carbon(diamond?) fibers would provide the sort of extra strength needed to support their great sizes and the forces being applied to keep them flying. Personally I can think of a ton of potential ways to use such bones or pieces of bones even if not magically enhanced.

Dragons' teeth were an ancient myth lore, for the soldiers' loyalty, that fought from disinformation they knew (also Horn of Vahalla) about, as there was other stuff, for misinformation causing generations of warriors to spring from the ground, which was the original motif, similar to summoning Horn of Valhalla-
So, I thought, as a rule, rare, very rare, or legendary, was good idea for what could be made, or especially useful in generic research for spellwork like dragoo-boyo Summon Draconic Spirit, with more authentic, already open abilities to add trait magic, if one was homebrewing stuff like giant magics, or fey magic spells, that worked little differently, when blending with draconic magic. If you researched your own Summon Draconic Spirit, even using a textbook version from a tome, perhaps you could apply your version, as an outline for a recipe for more dragon magic items, or even another Horn of Valhalla, steeped in hoards, of course.
Unicorn horn was what I based my guessing from, & compared skull sizes, for mass of material, & then, depending on the age, increased the difficulty of alchemy involved in actually using, or transporting, or harvesting the bone, for my early thinking. Pretty sure I did the same thing in prior camps, maybe compared it to a "gold idol" at 750 gp, art value, with fractions for uses/trade in some situations... Kinda feel like "gold music box" at 2,500 gp, was similar to Monkey Paw folklore, & automatically cursed, even if maybe the same feel of cost.
Also thought about using them to increase bastions' passive healing, again for the metaphor of loyalty to ethos, & match weight, with pretty big sums, maybe pound for pound, you got 1 HP healing buff a day~? And, that disappears auto, if there's a coup or mutiny, another theme of drakken marrow?
Maybe each skeleton could ideal be 1,000,000 gp, but even legendary craft, would get you less than 1% usable, until you vaguely research, maybe two ancient could get you even 5% useful, then, with skilled handling, each mystic material iota becomes more rationally potent, outside the classic formulas of yore.
3rd party - Heliana’s has a decent process for all of this. Many of us have our own systems as well so check with your DM. ( generally longer playing DMs are more likely to have thought out some crafting rules even if they occur behind the scenes (PC acquires the bones/skin/etc and surrenders it to the folks that will do the work off stage, then, later - often much later, voila your item is delivered. Few campaigns actually have the time, in campaign, for much crafting beyond some potions and scrolls. When you read stories about mages like Khelbin and Elminster they actually have long quiet times between “adventures” so they have time for crafting in those breaks. I know in my campaign there are 3 epic mages that have red over half the Nether scrolls and mostly just sit in the background creating items and observing the world then sending in adventurers to deal with problems. They take in things like dragon bones and skins and provide items as rewards or in payment.
Matt Coleville shared some ideas on creating potions with monster ingredients in the book Strongholds and Followers. This is an area begging for your creativity as a player or DM. The sense of it is that the ingredient imparts an ability directly connected to the monster itself. For example, the eyes of a monster impart invisibility to that type of monster. The scales of a red dragon might impart resistance to fire damage in a potion.
So, I am offering you to please take advantage of what isn't in the rules to make your game better.
Best of luck.

99% sure there isn't. That's not the kind of thing they include in the rules.
Unlucky... but thanks for the info

I don't think they have any in the main rules.

I hear you can bury bones to pray better.
