Archfey info is sorely lacking but you can take a look through any medieval folklore and homebrew some interesting possibilities.
Off the top of my head I'd say you could also read up on Oko the trickster from magic the gathering (https://mtg.gamepedia.com/Oko) he'd make a decent archfey/foil for a party, there is also a faerie warlock in mtg called Alela but I can't find anything on her.
The sword coast book has ideas (SCAG). Titania, Oberon, Hyrsam, The queen of air and darkness, The prince of frost...
I would think any high CR Fey would be able to do it. Hags are well known for being pact owners, but basically any powerful Fey being from folklore should work.
You might be able to find something useful in the 4e book Heroes of the Feywild. I packed most of my old 4e books away, and I am not certain I even had that one.
EDIT: I cracked open the tote I have my books packed in, and the feywild book was near the top, so I dug it out. There isn't much in there that would be of use. The best thing you can do is google the seelie and unseelie courts. Sidhe might give you some worthy hits as well. I could have sworn I had a book that had a bunch of feywild lore in it, but I guess this one isn't it.
Any time an unfathomably powerful entity sweeps in and offers godlike rewards in return for just a few teensy favors, it’s a scam. Unless it’s me. I’d never lie to you, reader dearest.
I have an Idea for a non-court aligned Archfey. Ben Dover, King of the Leprechauns.
Leprechauns are just too mischievous, and too powerful to be worth the constant maintenance of either the Seelie or Unseelie courts. They do however remain useful mercenaries when you can afford to add to their pots of gold.
In my headcannon, a leprechauns pot of gold is an extradimensional storage always with room for a 'few more coins'. And like dragons, status amongst leprechauns is based on the wealth they hold. Leprechauns actually gain power from their gold, and with a quick visit to it can reset their abilities as if they had taken a long rest.
One leprechaun can gauge their wealth relative to any other leprechaun they see, and treat them with deference or contempt as appropriate.
5e is lacking stats for the leprechaun in cannon material, so I shall be writing up a homebrew shortly.

You might take a look at Pathfinder's "Eldest":

The Forgotten Realms Wiki also lists some:

Members of the Seelie Court: https://forgottenrealms.fandom.com/wiki/Category:Members_of_the_Seelie_Court
I can't find much official on the members of the unseelie court. It's ruled by the Queen of Air and Darkness.
