I'm thinking of making a character that's a halfling wild magic sorcerer and I was wondering if halflings' lucky feature also applies to wild magic surges. If I roll a 1 and trigger a wild magic surge, would I still get a free re-roll?
No you wouldn't and honestly you wouldn't want to. If you play a wild magic sorcerer you should want to surge as often as possible.
