Just what the title says. I think Warlock 1, Sorcerer 2 to 9, Ranger 10, would be effective for a Coffeelock, as level 10 Ranger removes exhaustion on a short rest, but I am unsure. Would prefer if a chart/table was made of levels 13 to 20 for how effective each are, with 1 warlock level and then more in ranger/sorcerer

That 10 levels of Ranger removes the need for Greater Restoration, so that works, though this does mean half of your spells would be Wisdom based, and the other half would be Charisma based, which isn't ideal. The trouble with 1 level of Warlock is that it will take ages to amass any amount of spell slots (you're gaining only one sorcery point for each short rest), and regular long-resting would likely be more effective than coffeelocking unless you have months of downtime. I'd think that after the 10 levels of Ranger, you might prefer splitting the other 10 evenly between Warlock and Sorcerer. so you can create L3 slots, and you have a decent rate of Sorcery Point acquisition by trading in the Warlock spell slots.
I prefer: (L5) Genie Warlock, (10) Divine Soul Sorcerer, (L5) College of Creation Bard, for my Coffeelock.
(I have played this from L1-10. It's partially online starting at L3, and is fully online at L17)
The College of Creation Bard at L5 can use a L2 slot to create diamond dust worth 100gp to cover the expense of Greater Restoration each day.
The Genie Warlock at L5 grants you six sorcery points for each Short Rest, and you have your Genie vessel that refreshes on a long rest which you can save for emergencies.
The Divine Soul Sorcerer at L10 can learn the Greater Restoration spell and create L5 spell slots to cast it with.
It does burn a L2 and a L5 spell slot each day to negate that Exhaustion without any material cost, but the 6 sorcery points per short rest is enough to cover those two slots, plus additional slots each time the rest of the party takes a long rest.
Starting with 2-levels of Warlock for Agonizing Blast, then 5-levels of Sorcerer, and from L3, onward, if you are able to know when you're likely to go into a boss fight, you can skip a long rest to bank an extra 8 short rests for additional spell slots for that boss fight, and even if you fail the saving throw to avoid the Exhaustion, the first point of exhaustion doesn't typically affect you in combat. You just don't want to get too greedy, trying to chain too many days together and ending up going into a boss fight with 3 or more levels of exhaustion. Once you have access to Fireball with the Sorcerer, go back and forth between Warlock and Sorcerer until you reach L4 Warlock and L8 Sorcerer for the ASIs, then take the five Bard levels, then the last two Sorcerer levels and finally the last Warlock level.
Depending on how the DM rules it, a L2 Conjuration Wizard could be substituted in for the 5 levels of Creation Bard to create the 100gp of diamond dust (a DM might claim that the diamond dust isn't a single object). If you can do this, then you could be fully online three levels sooner. I'd just make sure the Wizard spells aren't ones that rely on my Intelligence (like Shield, various utility spells, etc). That way you only need 13 Intelligence for the multiclass.

Isn't the point of coffeelock to not take long rests? What would your second pick be, say, for a greedy coffeelocker who never takes long rests?

Yes, eventually you won't be taking long rests. But full Coffeelocking isn't RAW possible and reasonably effective until level 17, and most campaigns don't make it that far, so having something like the Genie vessel that refreshes on a Long Rest is still a really good thing to have, it's just that it's a side bonus that you'll have plenty of opportunities to use over the course of the campaign, before the build is fully online.
When I played my Coffeelock, Agonizing Eldritch Blast + the bonus damage from the Genie Warlock was my main source of damage, and I saved my spell slots mostly for boss fights.
If you want to be greedy and not take long rests, ever, from the start, you need a patron who'll supply you with the Greater Restorations so you don't just terminate from Exhaustion. Maybe the DM could work it into your Warlock pact, that it costs you something extra, but you get a Scroll of Greater Restoration each morning.
