If the intent is to use this only for a Warlock's "spells learned as Warlock Spells" (not that I concede that such a thing exists but whatever), then you're 6 cells short in the left column (15 base spells, +10 more from subclass), and have 8 to many in the right column (4 base cantrips, + maybe 2 from celestial). Invocations may also add more spells as well, either at will, or using one spell slot but without the ability to cast again until after a long rest. So really there's the following categories:
Cantrips (6 slots)
Spells (25 slots)
Invocation Spells (8 slots) (needs a checkbox for at will, once/long rest without slot, or once/long rest with slot)
Mystic Arcanum (4 slots)
Total of at least 43 slots (8 of which might need to be a little longer), which would take up a bigger table than you currently have (even more with headings to break sections).
oo I didn't think it should be used for invocations, but I can see how it would be needed.
I intended it to be for spells you know and are able to cast, and does that mean you know the patron's spells? I thought they ere just on the list for the spells you CAN learn
PS I added the extra cantrip slots for if you take the pact of the tome or magic initiate feat or have a race that gives you one
Actually, Magic Initiate (Warlock), Ritual Caster (Warlock), Spell Sniper (Warlock), Pact of the Tome, and Book of Ancient Secrets also could potentially increase the number of cantrips, spells, or ritual-only spells that you might get too. So shooting to have a slot for every possible spell on one page may not be realistic I guess.
Magic Initiate opens up the possibility of up to 5 more regular spell slot spells
Ritual Caster (warlock rituals only) or Book of Ancient Secrets (all rituals) opens up the possibility of 33 more ritual spells
Pact of the Tome opens 3 more cantrips
Spell Sniper could open up 5 more cantrips if taken 5 times (very unlikely, so lets just call that 1)
So total Warlock slots:
Cantrips (10 slots)
Spells (30 slots)
Invocation Spells (8 slots) (needing room for checkboxes)

You're totally right, I misred that feature.
So drop that to 20 slots for spells, 70 slots total.
38 slots, 4 section headers (42 cells). Two 22 cell columns would cover that easily, could do Spells and Mystic Arcanum in one, Cantrips and Invocations in the other?
3 columns of 20 will have a lot of unused cells, which will leave you less room for the cells that do have content. But, always a chance that a player could want some extra cells to write stuff (or to scratch out somethign that was written in pen and use a new cell), so that could work.
I'm not sure if I am reading you right, but I should point out that the expanded spell list that the patrons provide are not automatically known. They are just more choices for you when you learn warlock spells.
A level 20 warlock knows 15 spells, not 25 (not counting invocations or arcanums).
I thought the Warlock's spellcasting was so different it needed a different sheet.

If you have any feedback please let me know! I worked hard on this!

I'm going to make this way harder than it needs to be.

That's a lot, but you can only take a feat once, unless given an exception
80 slots is a lot though, it may be wise to leave rituals out though (it could be put o a regular spellsheet?)

Another great point. So We can drop that down to 16 regular spell slot spells.
Leaving rituals for a ritual spellsheet might be a wise idea.

And to narrow it even further, couldn't you put invocations under features and traits?

Up to you, but I wouldn't.

Yeah, I'll add the invocations box tomorrow (does make sense) so it would be 3 columns of 20. Sound good?

Changed it! Hope it works! I added an Other section, in case the player has additional spells or wants to put metamagic or something

I’m going to make use of this thread, thanks everyone
