wish that no spell you cast (past, present, and future tense) has any effect you don't want at any point in you decide, when you are the one to cast the spell. that means you have no chance of having wish fail, or negative effects from future wishes, and there is no downside to the wish unless you deem it. next wish- be all powerful. DM can't make anything bad happen, you take over that universe, and the rest of the characters happen to exist in a parallel universe where you never existed. you get to be all powerful, and the DM doesn't have to deal with the BS your wish causes.
DM: "Granted. You are now a God and no longer a player character. Please make a new character."
Or, makes a roll, "OK, never again will you be able to have negative effects from Wish, but you have lost the ability to ever cast it again by any means."

but you can make a case that not being able to cast wish is a negative effect caused exclusively by wish. and likewise, the DM can say you die from the strain of an impossible wish.

So, this wish influences the passage of time by default, as you've wished that no spell you ever cast in the past can have any effect that you don't want. Therefore the DM is free to play with time as they see fit, and since you've specifically requested that they examine the effects of all spells that you cast in the past, they need to use a time distortion to grant your wish.
You are erased from existence, and have never existed. As you've never existed, you have never, cannot currently, and will never in the future have any feelings or thoughts, and therefore no concept of positive or negative. Your wish is granted in exactly the way that you wanted it to be, since you have never, and will never, feel unhappy about this. Even in the moment of casting, negative and positive cannot apply to something that does not exist. You can't even feel bad about the Wish itself, since you have been erased from time itself.
I've joked that in the current game I'm in, we need to Wish for two suns to orbit Toril, since we recently learned that there's now hordes of vampires in the Underdark now.
this is what i love about wish. the easiest way to grant the wish is to screw you over, so to get a good wish you have to appease the DM, or just the universe itself. probably the best way to ensure your wish comes at least partially true without "mishaps" is to wish for very specific plot related help, not world domination. you can poke holes in this genie-in-a-bottle type way of wishing all you want, but when it comes down to it, wish is more like asking the universe for help, like a friend. if the universe thinks you can help save everyone, they will be more lenient.
probably the best "safe" wish would be "help my friend in this time of need" or "protect the king from the grand assassin" or other kind of vague, but good intentioned wishes that leave the DM with more room to make a satisfying resolution.

wish that no spell you cast (past, present, and future tense) has any effect
As previously stated since the wish would cause a paradox in itself by having no effect when granting the effect, the spell simply fails without any effect happening at all.
Human. Male. Possibly. Don't be a divider. My characters' backgrounds are written like instruction manuals rather than stories. My opinion and preferences don't mean you're wrong. I am 99.7603% convinced that the digital dice are messing with me. I roll high when nobody's looking and low when anyone else can see.🎲 “It's a bit early to be thinking about an epitaph. No?” will be my epitaph.
I wish the bad guy had a sweet puppy that taught him the meaning of love.
To me, that's two wishes. The certainty is being able to give the bad guy a sweet puppy. The puppy teaching the bad guy the meaning of love is a second request.

Granted, you are now Matt Mercer, and half of the DnD community hates you now.
No but I have a new use for Wish. my Kenku ninja is going to get a Wish and wish for a voice of his very own so he doesn't have to steal the words from other people and tell his love that he loves her with his own special voice.

Trying to get your physical content on Beyond is like going to Microsoft and saying "I have a physical Playstation disk, give me a digital Xbox version!"
Why would half the D&D community hate Matt Mercer?

I see a ton of hate for Matt Mercer in the circles I run in, so I exaggerated for hyperbole. :P

There are alot of vocal neckbeards who think they are God's gift to D&D who disagree with the way he DM's and the influence he has over the course of D&D Culture because of the popularity of Crit Role. They feel too many people think Matt's way of DMing is the best and because they DM differently are angry/intimidated at/by him.

I don't see how another sun would help kill underground vampires, but if they're orbiting Toril, doesn't that destroy the rest of Realmspace?
Please check out my homebrew, I would appreciate feedback:

The 2nd sun, destroying all life on the above surface for a planet that clearly wasn’t meant to have two suns...
would cut off their food supply completely.
