I love looking at unearthed arcana and love play testing the material. I was wondering if anyone knew if some to the subraces that were created are going to be released in Xanathar's Guide to Everything? I'd love to have a hard copy rather than a load of saved tabs and files.

Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes will have subraces and new races introduced in it. I believe it releases in May.

However there are no new subraces released as part of that book. The contents are primarily many new subclasses, dungeon master's tools, and spells.
