Hey so I got a quick question aside from human, elf, and the 3 linages (Dhampir, Hexblood and Reborn) I am wondering what other races can be found in the Domains of Dread
Mostly I am wondering 5e races that have been officially released
The domains do not limit, and DMs are supposed to customise or create such domains. So, literally any race/lineage/thing is a perfectly viable option, subject to DM's personal approval.

Depends on how you play them. I'd do a place such as Barovia just Van Richten's lineages, humans, tieflings, elves, halflings, and other "low fantasy-style" races. Just adds to the gothness. However, you might want to do a place like the Carnival will all lineages in all different ways! Up to you.
