I know that as the DM for a campaign I am able to see the character sheets for the characters in the campaign. What I am asking is if there is a way for the other players to see each others character sheets?
Not currently. This has been requested. I don't know if there are plans to implement it. Some tables might not want that option, so it would probably need to be something that could be turned on or off by players on DMs.
