Homebrew magic item - how to set a 1x usage for long rest

Hi, asking for a little help

I am creating a necklace that gives the ability to cast a spell 1x long rest

I am able to create it with at will usage but doesnt understand how to set a number of charges for long rest (if I set the charges they are not recharging ones right?)

Unfortunately.

I mean… you could just use plain text and the player can manually uncheck the charge every long rest, but there’s no way to automate it, no.
