Hi everyone! I’ve tried submitting support tickets but its been weeks since I’ve been able to properly do my campaigns because I can’t renew my subscription!
I go through the process like normal and hit cancel and give my reason but I get stuck in an endless loading loop and it never goes through. Has anyone found a solution to this?
The literal only option is to contact Support. Sorry. There's no other avenue normal users can take to deal with account/subscription issues. I know the support people are supposed to be able to credit you back for unused time when switching subscription plans, but it's a messy manual process. Could be that DDB's support team is in flux, what with the whole Wizards acquisition, but this sort of thing shouldn't be acceptable either way.
Prepare to have the thread locked/deleted, DDB doesn't like public cries for support like this, but at the very least a mod might kick your case up the priority list while they bin the thread. That's usually how it goes anyways, presuming the person in question tried the normal support avenues first.
Just a note, each time you submit a ticket it resets your place in the cue and only makes your request take longer because they consolidate all unresolved issues to the most recently received by the account.
Otherwise, as Yurei said, the only people who can help are the support staff.

Please do not contact or message me.

Bummer, I’ll just have to play the waiting game and pray something happens soon haha
