It depends totally on what you need for your character. Fae touched gives +1 to a mental stat, aberrant dragon mark gives +1 to your constitution. They both do completely different but good things.
You know the prestidigitation cantrip. You can also cast the purify food and drink and unseen servant spells with this trait. Once you cast either spell with this trait, you can’t cast that spell with it again until you finish long rest. Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells.
Spells of the Mark
If you have the Spellcasting or the Pact Magic class feature, the spells on the Mark of Hospitality Spells table are added to the spell list of your spellcasting class.
You can cast the cure wounds spell with this trait. Starting at 3rd level, you can also cast lesser restoration with it. Once you cast either spell with this trait, you can’t cast that spell with it again until you finish a long rest. Wisdom is your spellcasting ability for these spells.

Sort of. They put the spells on your spell list. They don't add to your spells known.
They do give spells, but that is not the point. The important thing is do you want to buff an odd con or mental stat score. It’s pointless taking the dragon mark if you are a sorcerer with a 19 charisma, you want to take fae touched.

Is the dragonmark UA feat worth getting over fey touched at lvl 4 ? Asking for a friend. Not the aberrant dragon mark.

The Eberron backgrounds don’t add an spells at all in any way whatsoever. I think you maybe getting confused with the Ravnica backgrounds.
