Not for me. The only benefit to bundling physical and digital is that you do not have to whip the card out a second time. However, any system changes that WotC has to make to give that option to those who have been screeching for it for years are going to carry costs. Those costs get passed onto me, a consumer that does not really buy physical copies. So while it saves you 15 seconds, it costs me money.
it's an option with the dragonlance pre order, hopefully it'll become more widespread in the future, but I wouldn't expect them to be able to offer it to people who already have physical books
The bundle is pretty marginal in value. It's cheaper for me to order the physical separately through my FLGS and then buy the digital directly off of DDB - and that's without bundle discounts etc. I think it's worth it in the US...and that's probably about it?

Is it actually possible, the books I own at home physically somehow to unlock in DnD Beyond too?
Nope.

But wouldn’t that be a nice thing to have
I'm seriously hoping that going forward WotC issues redeemable codes for their physical products, butt sadly that day is not today.
